   First time we have tried this restaurant and it was overall very good. Great selection of beers and food and the restaurant was like an upscale bar. It took a bit of time to have anyone come to our table after we were seated to the point that I had to stand up and look for someone, but once we got a server, the rest of the meal was great. Gear rewards program that offered a free appetizer on the first visit. You don’t see that very often. We will be back.

   Our sever was not friendly and very unpleasant. We were celebrating a special birthday, it was unfortunate experience.

   We love Cityworks. I don't think we've ever had a bad experience here. The food and service are always great. Camilla was awesome!

   Everything was good, but they charge an extra 3% for a service fee and then they have you tip on the after tax amount not the before tax amount. Very turned off by that.

   Honestly, the food was really tough. Pulled pork and chicken and fried pickles were so salty. Had good experiences at Old Town Pour House but was very disappointed with this experience.

   Pros: The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean and modern. Prompt service on a Friday afternoon. THE CON: Our waiter. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with our server for the day as he was very upset when I mentioned splitting some of our patron's bills prior to the group's arrival. He rolled his eyes behind the bar and walked away mid conversation stressing that it would make "it a lot more difficult for him." It was apparent that he did not want to be inconvenienced which was off setting for the remainder of the dining experience. He also decided to put everyone's drinks on my tab which I paid but was not expecting. There was a total of 3 separate bills at the end of the lunch.
