At City House in Nashville, TN, James Beard Award winning Chef Tandy Wilson makes an amazing array of dishes to pair up with the enormous array of artisan cocktails, wine and bourbon or whiskey choices available. A popular Sunday Supper gives a unique dining experience, but many come for the regular dinner menu.

The dinner choices at City House include starters like frico, pork snacks, and seasonal salads. There are handmade pizzas with traditional toppings and more Southern inspired choices like belly ham or kale. The entrees are just as seasonal and include dishes like the local trout, hand made pastas, and wood oven roasted meats. A visit to City House allows you to enjoy a wonderful experience in a historic setting.

City house is an excellent restaurant. The food is fresh and has flavor that I do not think to make at home. We had apps, pizza main course and dessert. All superb! The wait staff is friendly and very informative about the dishes. Relaxed and wonderful atmosphere, not stuffy. Highly recommend.

It’s just stunning that the quality of the food, beverages and service has been maintained over such an impressive length of time. To be able to enjoy such wonderful ingredients, put together so well and lovingly, in such a casual atmosphere is such a joy. The ONLY downside for me is that, when it’s busy, the decibel level is higher than the music show from which we just came. Oh yea, the desserts are amazing.

Great experience. Food was fresh and delicious and creatively prepared. Service excellent. Atmosphere charming. I would definitely go back on my next visit to Nashville.

Loved the appetizer (broccoli) but the pizzas were a little undercooked. Lovely staff and beautiful place!

Loved this little hideaway! We were lucky to get up the little stairs too small upper level, it was much quieter. The bar to dine at look great to watch the cooking action. Hopping little place! Food- excellent!
