   I do not like to give low ratings to restaurants but I have to do it for last night’s experience. I am not going to go into much detail, although I certainly could, but suffice it to say that I would give the service ZERO STARS if I could. Things were slow but we did receive drinks and apps after a considerable delay, but then the main course never came, despite the fact that everyone around us who had arrived after us had received their meals. One and 3/4 hours after we arrived, still no dinner, my husband went inside and asked what was happening with our meals. At this point, the excuses began and continued for another 15 minutes until we finally requested our check and said we were leaving.  We spoke with the manager, as well as the waiter, one more time, and never once did we hear a word of apology or any kind of remorse. We just couldn’t believe it. We were not comped any portion of the hundred dollars worth of drinks and apps we had already ordered. We paid and left. So disappointed. This restaurant really needs to do something about their service problems. There are many other negative reviews that say the exact same thing. I hope they are paying attention.

   As always we had a nice lunch. The food is always good as is the service. Great place for a relaxed visit over lunch.

   We love the menu and the beautiful patio seating. It’s a lovely place with surrounded by nice shoppes. Highly recommend!!

   Al fresco Sunday Brunch was absolutely delightful. The complimentary popovers were a welcome touch and the cheese grits were a tasty treat.
