I have been a fan of all restaurants Cindy Pawlcyn related for as long as I can remember. I am at Mustard's a couple times a year for the last 20+ years. It never disappoints and anyone I take falls in love with it. Hadn't been to CBK for many years but my husband picked it for Father's Day this year and we loved it. Creative, Farm to Table, Comfort Food, great ambiance... In all my years of being a foodie I had never had Fried Green Tomatoes - they were delicious and topped with a grilled prawn and served with remoulade sauce. The Caesar is the best on the planet. Delicious grilled quail and spinach salad and my husbands special baby back ribs served with mac n cheese and grilled corn on the cob was bone lickin worthy! Perfect end to a day of bike riding and wine tasting (Larkmead!!!)
Great food in downtown St. Helena. Very quaint and rustic. Food was excellent and the service was on point. Great for everyday occasion.
As usual, the ambiance and food were wonderful. We always enjoy ourselves and look forward to coming back again and again. Thank you.
I could not wait to get out. It seemed like a local place with a lot of the same people coming again and again. But, it took forever to get our food and water refilled. It was Soo hard to track down a waiter. They seemed to be walking around a lot. But, they weren't coming to our table. Overall, the service and environment didn't make the food worth it.
Great lunch spot, food was top notch and will revisit in the future. Rabbit tostadas were excellent !!!
After I accidentally booked the wrong evening, the staff could not have been more accommodating when we arrived. Cocktails were on point and atmosphere is great. Love this restaurant! Will always come back when in town.
We dined at the bar and met very friendly local people. The service at the bar was really good thanks to Wilbur. It’s a very comfortable atmosphere with fantastic menu options.
Cindy's has a comfortable, charming interior, an historic buildling that has been carefully rennovated in a classic, bright and open way. Excellent service -- staff couldn't have been nicer, even bringing us complementary champagne for our anniversary. Table spacing and noise level were just right for an active restaurant.
For food we ordered a mix of things including the wild mushroom flatbread, Caesar salad (it was not overdressed like most Caesar salads), and fried chicken. It was all quite good.
Cindy's is on our list of places to return.
We would go back in a heartbeat! Food was incredible, every bite! Thank you, Juan for fun and efficient service. We will ask for you next time!
Once again Cindy's does not let us down, food ambience and service were all as usual excellent. The Halibut dish was par excellence and my all time favourite is the Rabbit Tostada. Well worth the visit.
The food was wonderful as always but the service was awful. They were apparently missing people somewhere and that threw the operation off. The couple next to us could not get their food, then his came, then he finished, then hers came. We tried to order wine but could not get it. Luckily, we ordered identical dinners and they both came out at the same time. That was good.
Favorite place we ate in whole Napa area, incredible food and service
The service for our dinner was poor. We ordered a starter, but it was never delivered. No water refills were offered during our meal, and when I requested more when the bill was brought out, I was only given a refill when I was about to leave. The food is fantastic, but the service does not live up to it.
Excellent service. Nice small outside space

Cindy’s never disappoints! You will always find something delicious to eat on the menu.
We loved our dinner here. Friendly staff, great food choices for meat eaters and plant-based alike. Nice wine, beer and cocktail menu. This is a great plan for a date, group dining or a special night out.
Our third visit, spanning many years. Always a delightful experience!
The staff is very friendly and the food was delicious.
The food tasted bland. Three different people seemed to be taking our orders and "serving" us but we never felt taken care of with food arriving helter skelter. Really a strange experience at such a highly rated restaurant that had many open tables on a Saturday night at 7:30.
This time, the music wasn’t too loud, the service was excellent and we will definitely come back for the duck burgers. OMG they were amazing!!!
It was a special occasion with a dear friend to note my leaving Napa Valley after 47 years. For some reason I had never been to Cindys before but chose it as a place to celebrate. A wise choice. Enjoyed it to the fullest and our wait-person was a treasure. It was a "I could have had a V-8 moment" .
Why didn't I think of coming here before. At any rate the Back Porch was a wonderful send off.
Warm, friendly, unpretentious, and home
Good was delicious! Service was perfect!! One of my favorite places!
Lovely food and wonderful staff!
Our guests absolutely loved the steak! And my husband discovered something new and delicious: fava bean soup. My choice was the adult grilled cheese sandwich...MMmmmmm.
Great friendly service...in English and Spanish.
The duck burger was very tasty, but friend chicken overrated.
a total disappointment. Only a couple of times in my "eating" career that I have ever sent a meal back. The fried chicken was hard, cold, over cooked. I suggested that the cook had microwaved yesterday's leftovers. They did take it off the bill.
Food was great but our waiter was probably the worst I have ever experienced.
We had a wonderful lunch at Cindy’s! The fried green tomatoes were fantastic, as was the cheesecake. And the wine list is as good as we’ve seen in the Napa Valley. I can’t wait to go back!
Food & service were both superb!
We had eaten a few times here before and this time it did not disappoint either.
The food is inventive, there is something for every taste and service is attentive.
Great place to have a nice meal.
Chicken was dry and otherwise mediocre. The restaurant allows dogs on the patio, which isn't our style and, frankly, spoils the ambiance some. Not what we expected from a place of this caliber.
We started dinner off with delicious grilled artichoke hearts, followed by the best korean pork ribs I've ever tasted, and finished with key lime pie. Cindy's wait staff and host staff are also friendly, down to earth, non pretentious and attentive. They were wonderful with my dog Bailee ( a well mannered, very sweet and also very large shepherd). Thoroughly enjoyed.
Cindy's is a great place in St. Helena operated by a nationally recognized chef. The casual dining menu ranges from great salads, sandwiches and full entrees using fresh, local ingredients.
Great bespoke cocktails and the desserts are divine.
Fantastic lunch on a Friday in St Helena. Our group of 15 thought they had reserved a private room, but it didn't work out, but luckily we had the whole upstairs to ourselves, so it did work out perfectly! not sure of the noise level downstairs, but having a room to ourselves was terrific.
everyone enjoyed everything they ordered, except the fries didn't come out hot enough for my friend. the campfire pie was a huge success. they have an elevator which is great for older people and babies in strollers.
Loved the variety of the menu. The restaurant ran out of Rond Pond Cab...which was a disappointment.
Friends were visiting from LA so we chose this place to enjoy the evening. Great service and cuisine. We'll be back!
We were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The only real down side was the warm room with no air conditioning.
