Would not go here at nite if not going to show at Morris. Too loud. Slow service. Ok food
Our food was excellent. Please make the menu a little more user friendly. I did not understand the little green leaf and the spicy scale rating because of my vision issues (I'm old). Ambiance could be better.
Place is kind of run down. I was expecting more from the food, could have gotten this type of food at a Chili's chain restaurant. Not very clean, food on my glass and plate. Straws left on the table had guacamole all over them.
We love Cinco! Great food, very reasonable pricing, and wonderful staff.
The waiter and food were excellent. The décor is less than desirable with rips in the seats of the booth but I didn't go there for the décor. If you can get past décor blemishes then go here for the food. My friend raved about her Thai dish and I had the Mexican tacos. I will be back.
Old venue that has been given life again by the best Sonoran style food around, served by friends who care.
Had both the Thai and Mexican dishes and very happy with both. Originally was hesitant because of the stark contrast in cuisines, but I was wrong and should have been here sooner. The service is great. The team is very attentive and very friendly. Great option for downtown.
There is nothing spectacular about Cinco 5 but the food quality is consistent and the service is always excellent.
The food and drinks were phenomenal, as usual.
We know several of the servers from their work at other restaurants, and they are great at what they do.
I recommend Cinco5 to everyone who appreciates great Mexican and Thai food.
We had Siam noodles and they were outstanding. So good! We enjoyed the company of the other diners in our room. The mood was very friendly. Our waitress was the best and also very friendly. We love this place! It's a great place to go before the Morris, but I do recommend a reservation on those nights because 1-2 hours before the concert it does get more crowded - because it is such a great place. A great addition to a magic concert (Joe Bonamassa)!!!!!
Our meals were delicious and we will definitely be back!!
Very prompt service and food was great
Best Mexican food we've had in town.
And several of the servers we know from other venues, and they are excellent.
Very tasty and fresh food. Eclectic, too, with lots of options. 5 different staff people interacted with us for seating and service. Very attentive. I will return soon.
As always, everything was top notch. Food, drink, and service all an A+.
The food is delicious! We will definitely be returning in the very near future.
Cinco 5 is consistency good. I don't like their new menu though...many good items taken off. Good service. Would recommend.
Had s child with us. Very accomodating. Service is a bit slow, however.
A group of 6 of us enjoyed dinner and drinks before a concert - excellent food and top not service. Thelma waited on our table, and as always, did a wonderful job. Cannot recommend this place enough!
We were seated in a room with a table that included a number of small children who spent most of the meal screaming and shrieking. This made conversation difficult. The food and drinks were good, but the screaming really detracted from the experience. There were other areas that we could have been seated in away from the children.
The service was great (very attentive but not interrupting conversation.) The food was delicious. Food was priced well. The only thing this restaurant needs is a physical remodel. It's a bit drab. I will go back though!
We were prompt seated. The waitress was excellent and came back enough to take care of our needs. Food was delicious and were a great serving size.
Cinco 5 International was recommended to me and I will recommend to others.
Great food and service. It has become our every Friday night stop for dinner.
The chicken fajitas are the best I've ever had anywhere in the world. And Thelma was so friendly and attentive. Always a great experience!
We made our reservation prior to an event at the Morris Performing Arts Center across the street from Cinco 5. We had not been to the restaurant before but agreed with our friend who said OMG about the shrimp tacos. We were there on a holy day and could not eat meat--The menu supports almost every dietary need that I am aware of, and I plan a lot of events which require menu diversity. The staff were so kind and helpful, and attentive just the right amount. The only real complaint was the noise level. I still highly recommend Cinco 5.
Food was good, but somewhat bland for a Mexican restaurant, not enough choices or anything special. Also had Thai & American food. Almost too much variety without anything standing out.
Cinco 5 is an incredible value with first class service. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Our service was great and everything is very reasonably priced. Overall, the ambience was alright, but the food and friendly service more than made up for this. I would recommend Cinco 5 to anyone and will certainly be returning!
Family owned and operated. The food is amazing and a great value. The staff is friendly and attentive. It is in our regular rotation.
First time at cinco, food was wonderful, service was a little slow but it was Friday
Celebrating my nephew’s 19th birthday. His choice and mine of course. We always enjoy the food and the service at Cinco5.
The best fajitas I have ever eaten!!! And Thelma did a great job with service. Always love Cinco5.
It was our first visit. We all ordered Mexican food and it was plentiful and tasty. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. We will go back.
This was a terrific find. We had a delicious dinner for a very moderate price in an unassuming, casual environment. The fish tacos were among the best I’ve had. Highly recommended. Good beer list, including my favorite Mexican beer. Surprisingly few Mexican/Southwest restaurants stock it.
Tasty food, great margarita, friendly staff.
Very friendly service. Tacos were good. Menu was interesting. Not quite what I expected.
The only reason to go is that the almost-a-dive bar area serves good drinks, and the guac and chips is good. Do not go for the meals .. they are barely just ok .. this is supposed to be a fusion of Mexican and Thai, but there's no fusion, and the dishes they serve are barely a grade D or low C. But, if you're out on the town, and want a place to go to for a few drinks and the guac and chips, the kind-of-a-dive bar area will be more-or-less ok.
My second time here and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Excellent service, excellent food. A perfect place to have dinner before a show. Can't wait to go again!
Great lunch menu, extensive dinner menu - something for everyone! I keep meaning to try new things, because everything I've had so far has been great, but the tacos are SO good, they're hard to resist. And if you like guacamole, definitely tried theirs. It's fantastic! Oh, and the diablo sauce is the perfect blend of spicy & tasty.
