   We always eat here when vacationing on Sanibel or Captiva. The food is consistently good and the atmosphere is welcoming in a beautiful setting. It is dining out rather than simply eating out. The menu changes enough to be interesting but is not overly trendy. We look forward to Il Cielo as a change from the usual island offerings.

   Food very bland & quite boring. Also over priced. Told them it was my wife's 75th birthday. They did nothing for her. A few tables away, someone else ( probably a local ) had a birthday & got a cake & they sung to her. That really sucked.

   We had dinner here several times before n our March vacations n to Captiva.we enjoy Ed scallops,lamb chops,salmon ..all delicious.I was disappointed that they did not have Osso Buco the s time but I know the menu changes. Our server PAtrick was personable and knowledgeable.A definite asset!

   Great food. Loved Christine our waitress (our 17 year old senior said Christine reminded her of Mrs. Johnson - her trig teacher - with a much better life-lol)! Everything was the perfect way to come off a travel day, great food, great service, and our request of a Elton John song from Scott the piano player from KC was amazing. Our recommendation is go there. It’s so good!

   This was an evening to remember in Sanibel. Food was wonderful - grilled mahi mahi with shrimp and scallops. It was the best of all restaurants we went to including Mad Hatter-Our server- Andre was top notch and the piano in the background was a real treat. Beautiful ambience. Would absolutely visit again. Reserve- you’ll be happy!

    Even though it was a cool evening we chose to sit outside which we prefer. Our server,Patrick, was very personable and knowledgeable. Our food was delicious and not a very long wait. We are returning several more times before we return from our vacation.
