   Went to CIEL for dinner and had such a wonderful time. The service was top tier, the food was great and the atmosphere was so lively and fun! Highly recommend for a fun night out.

   We booked a table of 6 with a noted requested a specific table. When we came in, they did not reserve for us but mentioned if we wanted that table, we would have to spend at least $1000 for 6 people which it did not happen the first time we were there. At the same time, there were other 5 people were sitting at the table we requested and they did not order lots of food either.

   Te food is good but not better than the price. Like it’s good but I have had meals just as good for less but the experience of a show with dinner was unique though being too loud. We sat away from the stage in VIP so we could still talk and hear each other but couldn’t see as much of the show. Overall it was good but the menu is limited so I wouldn’t have a reason to go back for the food. Still though, great service and worth the visit for the experience!

   I brought my mom here for her birthday, and the only reason I chose Ciel was for her to enjoy a special performance. Sadly, that didn’t happen. The performers came out only twice, and each appearance lasted less than a minute. If the performers are already at the venue, why not have them actually perform? To make it worse, we paid $50 for a girl to take our photos, and she completely disappeared. We asked our server about it three times, and each time he shrugged and said he couldn’t find her. Instead of getting a manager or offering help, he pointed toward the entrance and said, “The manager’s outside in a suit; go find him.” I couldn’t believe I had to hunt down a manager after paying for a service that was never delivered. When I finally found him outside smoking with his buddies, his response was, “I’m sorry, baby, what can I say?” No accountability, no solution, and definitely no professionalism. The food was a huge disappointment—tasted like microwave meals, and they were out of two items we wanted to order. As for the service, we were given water cups promptly, but when we asked for straws, the server brought them over with bare hands; no wrapper, napkin, nothing. Later, we saw him walk out of the restroom without even washing his hands. The only decent part of the experience was that they honored my request for a center table, but that’s about it. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I will never be coming back. Why is it that once a restaurant or club in Houston becomes popular, the quality always seems to crash?

   Great atmosphere really elegant place. That shows way too good celebrating my birthday and had a great time.

   First time at Ciel and absolutely loved everything about it! Service & food was great. Drinks were delicious, environment was so fun! Will definitely be coming back!!

    This was my first visit to this restaurant. Took my nephews and we had a great time. Food was excellent and was pleasantly surprised by the cabaret type entertainment… not a big fan of DJs in a restaurant but they pulled it off well, started to get a bit loud after 10 but the music was good and the energy level from staff and performers created a great vibe. Food a bit pricey but worth it - overall a great first experience and probably would return.
