On our way to a show at the Fantasy Springs Casino we were eager to find a good restaurant nearby. We were very lucky to find Cie. The service was friendly and efficient and the food very good. There was a wide selection of vegetarian options for those who needed that. If I have given 4 rather than 5 stars it is simply because I live in Vancouver Canada which is a mecca for Chinese restaurants from all regions of China. But I would recommend Cie hands down to anyone in the desert.

Authentic Sichuan. Two sides are outstanding, the green beans and the garlic pickles. The owner waited on us which meant that we didn't suffer the language problems we have encountered with servers in the past. Great value and really bold flavors.

A pleasurable find out of the neighborhood. Found them on google and very pleased. Warn and inviting. Elegant furniture and unexpected decor. Will want to take friends for a good asian meal. Lots of choices. Try it!

For too long, I have complained about the dearth of decent Chinese restaurants in the Coachella Valley. I have found CIE, and find all that they cook and serve to be delicious and authentic.

My wife and I went in for an afternoon date. The place is amazing, from food to the friendliest staff. If you want real Chinese this is it.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! Take a look at the menu and you can have anything you want. My favorite is Shrimp and Celery. It is very "savory". Everything we have had there is great!
