A nice, cozy, and friendly environment where anyone can come to eat regardless of the occasion. We serve a variety of typical Latin dishes, empanadas, wine, and beer.

We give everyone a taste of freshly made Latin cuisine in our “Little Manhattan-Style Restaurant” as it was put by the Stratford Town Hall we were selected for the town’s award of “Best Use of Small Space”

The food at this location was delicious. The ambiance was perfect for a small birthday dinner with family. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with answering questions about the menu. Every thing was perfectly prepared and definitely left us feeling nostalgic remembering our favorite dishes from back home. Plus, drinks were A1.

Beautiful restaurant, friendly staff. The salads were delicious. Chips and Guac included plantains and all very good! We ordered a pitcher of Sangria which very good as well. The fish tacos were fantastic. I don't know why the restaurant was quiet on a Sat night. Maybe more people need to know about it? Overall a very good value too!

The food was very good. The service was terrible all around. The bathrooms were disgusting and this was a Sunday after noon not a Saturday night.

We had a wonderful meal and a great overall experience at Cibus! Every item that we ordered was delicious and the portions were generous! The service was super friendly and made the whole evening so much fun! If you haven't tried Cibus, I HIGHLY recommend that you do! Once you've dined there, you'll keep coming back....as we do! It's a little "off the beaten path" in terms of location, but still easy to get to...right on The Post Rd. in Fairfield. Give it a try....I think you'll like it!

Excellent food and service in an inviting and contemporary atmosphere. Our server, Lina was warm and attentive. My husband's Pisco Sour was spot on and beautifully garnished. Unfortunately, I did not love the red sangria. I thought it was a little on the bland side. We decided to share some Ceviche and a few tapas in addition to some sweet plantains. All were tasty. We had been to the sister restaurant in Stratford and enjoyed that very much as well. We will be back to enjoy again!

Food was outstanding. Service was fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about Cibus. Perfect evening.

We went to the Fairfield location to sample the food because we plan to use them for a large catering event in October. 3 of the 4 of us were from different Hispanic backgrounds, and everyone loved the food. The food was authentic, the presentation was beautiful, the portions were generous, the price was affordable, and the taste was incredible!
