   We were staying on property & I made a reservation for dinner for myself and 4 kids. We were celebrating my daughters birthday. It was clearly listed under the comments section on OPEN TABLE reservation, hoping something is offered to celebrate. A song etc We arrived and the restaurant was empty except 1 table. We ordered. My food was cold and sent back. The waiter stated the portions were enough for 2. He was wrong. Enough for 1 person was the result. I bit disappointed and will not go back.

   Made a reservation and asked if a special occasion and we said yes (40th Anniversary) When he gave us our check (which was the wrong check) we had to mention our anniversary. Last we ordered the clams and pasta and the clams had more sand in them than on the beach.

   The interior was fine. The food was so so. My wife’s chicken parmigiana was not very good. Pasta severely under cooked and the chicken was dry and wasn’t helped by the sauce. I had the grouper putinesca. It was ok but the sauce was a bit runny. My son had the rigatoni with the Vodka sauce which was pretty good. We just expected more for the price and prior reviews.

   What a wonderful find. Great food! The wait staff & the gentleman at the host desk was very accommodating. We would definitely eat at Ciao Hound Italian Kitchen & Bar again.

    I ate at Ciao Hound 3 times for breakfast and once for dinner, and I enjoyed my experiences each time. The food was prepared and presented very nicely and to my specifications. For dinner I enjoyed the Spaghetti alle vongole. It was a reasonable portion and tasted delicious. For dessert I had the coffee and chocolate chip gelato, which I highly recommend. My server (and bartender), Kevin, was extremely attentive and made sure everything was just right. I will be eating here again as soon as I'm able.
