We ate on the rooftop. The male bartender that took our order was very kind and welcoming. It was a wonderful experience plus the food was fresh and hot ( our reservation was for 11:15pm). I'm definitely coming back again.

If live music is not your thing, skip Churchill’s on Friday and Saturday night. I like music but I didn’t expect the live music and didn’t care for what was being played. It was loud enough I couldn’t hear myself think. Fortunately, our server offered us the rooftop bar. That worked. The servers were wonderful. Great food.

Sirloin Steak medium, was dry. Mushrooms were bland. Lamb chops were Okay. Server was polite. Service was meh. Took forever to the Appetizer. it came with thr entee. It was my 4th time. First time for my partner. I bragged about the steak to him. It never delivered. $200 wasn’t well spent! Not sure we’ll be going back

Food was really average — bar food really mostly. Asked for olive oil and vinegar for salad…. They didn’t have olive oil and didn’t seem to even know what it was. Very concerning. What kind of restaurant doesn’t know or have olive oil???? The location however is stunning.

Soup special was a puree with a small potato cube in it. ( Potato Soup) Entree was beef under a pastry. Pastry was uncooked & doughy. Meat was bland & well overcooked. Food was tabled by a male in an unzipped hood. Cocktail was nasty. Paid & took my gf & left to find food.

We made a reservation for 6 people, had to wait 15min for them to seat us. Then took us to the basement or overflow room away from the ambience. Absolutely zero atmosphere downstairs and this is not why we booked a table here. The food took forever to come, appetizers took well up to 45 min to come. Main meal followed closely after. The food I had which was steak and ale pie was good and cost was appropriate. However my friend who ordered beef and Yorkshire pudding found plastic pieces in her food. They did comp her food. But would not have expected to have plastic pieces regardless. Was disappointed with Churchills.

Fried chicken was pink and undercooked. All of the food was very bland. Portion size of the shrimp and grits was a children’s portion size. Manager took a long time before coming over to speak with us when she was requested. They did take off the friend chicken from our tab and made that part right.

After walking out of a 6pm reservation at Cha Bella... 50min of horrible service and no apps. I got a 715 res at Churchill's with opentable on the walk over. 19 minutes after I sat down I had 2 filets with fries and cold beer on my table. Was as wonderful as always. Have never been let down with their service of food quality which is way above par. Best steak in Savannah for your money.

We were disappointed with our meal at Churchill’s. Although the roast beef was a nice large slice, it was mostly lukewarm when it arrived. The beef pie was tasty but it had hardly any beef in it. It was quite soupy. The service was fine.

Rich was our server. He was very attentive and was very helpful answering questions about the menu and giving his perspective on them. I had the meatloaf, it was great the salon and fried shrimp got high praise the shrimp and grits were a bit salty. Sausage rolls were also very good. There was live music, not too loud and the trio were good ( jazz). Did not feel rushed. We sat on the main floor in the bar area so we could listen to the music.we had a good time and food was good.

This was our second time there. We went back, because we loved the food the first time. This time, not so much. Our appetizer came out almost instantly and was cold. Two of us had the shrimp Alfredo pasta, and there was way too much salt in it, that we couldn't even eat it. We'll definitely try somewhere else next time. Our waitress was fantastic, though!

Very relaxed, low key environment...lively at bar but dining rooms are mellow. Food was delicious. Servers are very nice, efficient and friendly. Not many other diners as we were there early on a Monday night. Recommend highly. Reservation probably not needed during the week. Many empty tables.

Very comfortable dining experience. The shrimp and grits were unique and delicious. I had the best old fashioned that I had since moving here. Prices were better than most of the restaurants in the area. We will definitely return. Love music was a plus!
