CHUBurber started off as a food truck as a simple way to participate in festivals around Colorado and to provide fresh, fun food and beer for its patrons. This restaurant is dedicated to using the freshest ingredients available locally. In 2012, CHUBurger opened its first physical location in Longmont and its second one soon thereafter on the rooftop of Coors Field. This restaurant�s motto is craft casual and it is reflected in its menu. Try the Berkshire pork burger, made with fried egg, bacon and smoked American cheese, or the Black Angus beef patty with cream cheese, bacon and jalapeno. Be sure to try the specialty condiments like the ginger infused ketchup. CHUBurger is good for large groups and special occasions. It offers live musical performances by local artists Friday nights from 6 to 8 p.m.
