   The food was excellent, the room was too warm, but they put the a/c on & all was good. We were able to sit & visit for quite a while.

   this is a very unique restaurant and a lot of fun. Our waiter and all the staff were super friendly and very helpful. The broths were absolutely delicious and the fish, beef and shrimp paste to dip in the "Chinese fondue" were top notch and very, very good. Great selection to choose from. The dipping sauce bar was fun to experiment with. The hook of Chubby Cattle is the refrigerated conveyor belt and it is really cool, BUT we were never quite sure if the add-ins were for fondue or simply to add flavor to the broth. Also, it got a bit steamy so sometimes it was a little difficult to see what was going by; and we did not know what many of the offering were, so little signs would be really helpful. As it turned out the conveyor belt was the hook that got is to go, but just the broth and meats, fish and seafood and noodles were really enough without the belt items. Nonetheless it is a unique and fun experience and the food was quite good. We would enjoy going back now that we know a bit more about what to expect and try.

   Very unique Chinese hot pot. The broth is very good and contrary to other reviews the meat and seafood selections are quality. They did run out of some items (ramen noodles) and the sauce bar definitely was out if items too. Overall I thought this was a great experience .

   Terrific that it was open on Christmas Day, but I wish the cold appetizers were restocked at 8pm for a 12 am closing time. Love the plating and quality of hot pot ingredients! Mala broth was truly spicy and flavorful, no sauce necessary.

   Fun place but way too crowded and unorganized. Made a reservation only to wait 25 mins to be seated. Our server was too busy to bring us half of what we ordered, never asked us for a drink order, messed up our check (at that point I just paid it because it wasn't worth trying to get a corrected check). The food is good and it could be a really great place but their hostessing/seating is really awful and they just seem very short staffed.

   We love going to Chubby Cattle! We bring friends and family who haven’t tried it so they can experience cooking in a hot pot. So far everyone we’ve brought likes it too. I think it’s a healthy way of eating. Can’t wait for the next time we dine there.

    Wow! This place is amazing. This is my third visit and it never disappoints. Get the spicy and never look back. Don’t wear nice clothing as you will likely splash on it.
