   Restaurant took the reservation but was closed that day. I arrived to closed door. Kinda ruined my special occasion.

   A beautiful little quaint shop, the decor and ambiance is amazing, let alone the food, which measures up to authentic Parisian cuisine with ease!

   What a wonderful experience all around. I went with my son on Mother’s Day, and not only were we not rushed, we were encouraged to sit and enjoy our our morning for as long as we wanted. Took a bit more time than the usual rushed restaurants we go to, but it was a very welcome change. The best part was my graduating son saying he wished he had found this gem sooner.

   Stopped in at Choupette with my mother and was delighted by the experience. The staff was super friendly, very attentive and the Crêpes delicious! I went with the Choupette-Fig, arugula, prosciutto and goat cheese-Superb! Mum selected Complete Jambon-Emmental cheese, organic egg and ham, again, Superb! Then, for dessert we had the Avignon-Acacia honey and lemon and the Piaf- Raspberry and white chocolate ganache, both were out of this world! They also had a young lady playing Bach on her Violin which was really a nice touch. If in or around New Haven and you want truly good Crêpes with a European cafe flair, this is the place to go! Essayez les crêpes, bonne appitite!

   I love this restaurant, but when we arrived for our reservation, they were closed! Not only closed, but closed 5 hours earlier than the hours listed on Google, their website, and Open Table. Very disappointing. But if you can get there when they're open, it's the best crepe anywhere in New England.

   We were in town for a wedding and stopped in for breakfast. We are so happy we did. It felt like an instant getaway to a Parisian Cafe. The service was amazing and the crepes equally so. The real gem was the owner, Adil, who we witnessed greeting regular customers like long lost family, and greeting us as newly discovered family - he was super personable, fun, and just elevated the whole experience.

   Sorry OpenTable, reservations don't seem to matter, it's walk-in. Come here expecting to spend time because the crepes are individually crafted by two people. The hostess/waitress covers the door, tables, and take-away orders plus is very *ahem* French in customer service. This is not a complaint simply letting patrons know what to expect. Choupette makes the best crepes I've ever had so it is completely worth the wait, but you must know you will wait. Highly recommend.

   Food was delicious. Atmosphere inviting. Staff was warmly engaging. Maboud, our server, was particularly so. Lovely place for a quiet, delicious meal before a NHSO concert at SCSU.
