   This place is always amazing for a great steak. They definitely know what they’re doing being that they knew what rare plus is and how to cook it perfectly. Perfect steak every time!!!

   Based on other reviews during restaurant week, our party of 4 dined here this week. The appetizers, oysters rockefeller, calamari, and lamb chops were very good. The NY strip steaks were fatty and very chewy, not what we expected from this steak house. The desserts were ok. Very disappointed in the steaks.

   Had an absolutely fabulous dining experience at this steakhouse. Marty, the bartender, set the tone with top-notch drinks and warm hospitality, and my server Adrienne was attentive, friendly, and spot-on with every recommendation. I started with the Oysters Rockefeller which were flavorful and perfectly baked along with some incredibly tender baby lamb chops. The highlight was the cowboy ribeye which was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, paired with creamy mac and cheese. From start to finish, everything was outstanding. I’ll definitely be back!

   Chops was amazing. My boyfriend and I went for his birthday dinner and we loved it! We went during restaurant week and it had a good price with great options for all the courses. He got the baby lamb chops for his appetizer which were cooked perfectly. I got the oyster Rockefeller which were great and we both got the New York strip entree for dinner and had no complaints! Desserts were good too! Our server was very attentive as well as the other servers, they were all very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great and lighting was dimmed perfect. I would highly recommend chops if you’re debating going!

   We have been to Chops several times. Decided to go for Easter Sunday dinner. We made reservations for 2:30 and arrived early to have a drink at the bar. Upon walking in the hostess was a bit "cold", the restaurant pretty empty and a woman singing VERY loudly. We sat at the bar and could not even hear each other-we contemplated leaving but the bartender told us she was only playing until 3pm, we decided to stick it out. 2:30 comes and we are seated at our table only to find they only offer brunch until 4 pm. We asked to move back to the bar and wait until 4pm. Restaurant still empty and the singer still playing LOUDLY (way too loudly for that size restaurant and given her location in the restaurant) The extremely rude hostess now shooting both of us dirty looks. I went to use the bathroom and upon walking back walked past a swinging door that almost smacked me right in the face, out pops the extremely rude hostess who realizes it's me and doesn't even apologize for almost hitting me with the door. We finally were seated and had our meal. After finishing our meal we met another couple sitting behind us who also had the same thoughts about the singer AND the hostess. It was their first time there but said they wouldn't return because the restaurant was way too loud and the hostess seemed bothered to do her job. We will not be returning to Chops.

   Probably the best fillet I have ever had! The dining area is rather small and there was a larger group there who was rather loud but once they left it was much quieter and enjoyable. I ordered the filet and asked if they had a blue cheese crust, not listed on the menu, and the server said they could make it happen and they did! It was so delicious! Also had the creamed spinach and truffle fries. The sides weren’t anything to write home about but the filet was so delicious it didn’t matter. The apple cobbler was eh, it had to be missing something bc it was just not coagulating or something and the top was the consistency of sand. The crème brûlée was delicious!!!

   Delicious brunch! Will definitely return. Bottomless mimosa to start, which was absolutely bottomless - not even sure how many glasses i actually had. Ordered the beef medallions which were cooked perfect and outstandingly good. Hubbie ordered the chopped burger - he literally cleaned the plate, so good! We also had the root beer float and the brownie sundae for dessert, perfect endings and gave us more time in the restaurant which had a great intimate ambience, we really enjoyed ourselves. Well done!

   This was our first time dining a Chops and it was excellent. Everything from our greeting at the door until we left was perfection. The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was
