My family enjoyed the restaurant. Our server was very friendly and informed us of all the good food choices in the menu. The food and beverages were great. I highly recommend it. I had the filet mignon with shrimp and mash potatoes.

6:00 PM Reservation. The place was very busy (Saturday) we were seated immediately upon arrival. Our server, Trent, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, setting a great tone for the evening. Opened with the Grilled Pineapple Old Fashioned. Superb. Appetizer - Calamari with Thai chili sauce, well proportioned for two. Delicious—crispy with a flavorful twist. For entrées, the Shrimp and Grits stood out with a very generous serving of shrimp and rich, savory flavors. The Panko Crusted Snapper was also a hit—expertly prepared with ample portions, making it a satisfying and well-executed. A side of crispy Brussels sprouts which complemented our choices nicely. The sprouts would have been perfect if they were smaller, some were a bit tough. Did I mention generous portions? We had no room for dessert. I really wanted to try their Crème Brûlée Cheesecake. Overall, it was a delightful experience with excellent service and hearty, flavorful food. We shall have to go back and try their beef entree’s.

Overall, we enjoyed our date night. My partner took a liking to the crab cakes with her New York strip that had black truffle butter accompaniment and I also enjoyed my boneless ribeye with black truffle butter. The service was great. Dave, who was our server, and other service team members made the meal very accommodating. We agreed we’d try the restaurant again but next time I’ll order the calamari with the chili sauce on side because it was very overpowering. Oh and the creme brulee cheesecake was a nice way to end the night! Thanks again.

The food at chophouse was very good, albeit a little pricey. We started with the shrimp chop chop app that was very good. My wife had snapper and I had baked chicken (had too much steak already that weeks. Both were good as well The server was very good, made recommendations, explained the specials, and timed the main to arrive after we finished the app. Kailee was very nice and well spoken and all the staff were friendly and well dressed. The only reason I didn’t give service a five is because of an issue that is unfortunately all too common. The server would constantly approach our table a blurt out questions or comments always interrupting my conversation with my wife. Best practice is to approach the guests and they will acknowledge your presence by finishing their conversation and looking up at you. Barging into the middle of what may be a very important or sensitive conversation to ask if I want more Coke is rude and unprofessional. Guest respect and how to approach a table is VERY important to the guest experience. I will certainly return and look forward to this one lacking skill for a server being addressed.

As usual everything salad to steaks were great. Served just as were ordered. Our server was friendly and attentive. Seems like the drink glasses were replaced by a smaller size on martin choices and though a generous portion the sides are a bit pricey. We’ll be back until prices or shrinkage change.

Service is great and the food delicious. The only problem for me is the quantity…. Portions are pretty big. It would be wonderful to find some discounted smaller portions for seniors
