We want to thank Sasha and team for a wonderful evening with our party of seven. Food and service were first class and all dishes came out perfect. (Hard with salads to steaks to seafood for mains, as well as plenty of appitizers.) We will be back soon and look forward to piano player next time we come.

Great upscale spot in HHI. Island needed this… NYC steakhouse prices but also NYC level food, service, ambience, and overall experience. See if it was just as fantastic as the steaks and pork chops. Nothing on the menu disappointed. High level, service, and manager aims to please. Fantastic sunset views over the adjacent park and cool little oyster bar out front. Winner!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Chophouse 119 last night as we celebrated my husband's birthday. Our waitress, Gio, did an excellent job serving us, and I would highly recommend asking to be seated at one of the tables she serves. My husband's meal of the 8 oz. filet mignon with truffled mushroom ragout and half of the billions baked potato was outstanding--probably the best steak he's ever enjoyed. My meal of the shrimp provencal and half of the billions baked potato was also outstanding--one of the best meals I've ever enjoyed. Our waitress, Gio, even brought my husband a birthday dessert, which, of course, he had to share with me. Yummy is the only way I could describe our meals, and we'll certainly be back to celebrate a future special day!

the server was great and very attentive. The fillet was cooked to med rare but was so dry I ended up only eating half. I am not usually one to complain. The seafood was food. The table we were sat in had a curtain that kept flowing out every time the door was opened. It was more annoying than anything else. Also the restaurant doesn't sell tea which is very odd even in the south.

We've been coming to HHI for 30+ years and moved down here 3 years ago, and this was the best meal we ever had... Our server, Sasha, and her team were awesome. No pressure to order, eat, and get out - we were told to take our time, relax and enjoy the great low key jazz music being played. Our apps were awesome (meatballs and salads). Steaks and sides were totally perfect. It was pretty pricey but if we're going to make this our once or twice a year spot for birthdays or anniversary, it will be perfect. I wish it was a little more affordable so we could go once a month, but I get why it's expensive. This will definitely be our go to steakhouse in the future.

Best Caesar Salad ever. Enjoyed the Meatballs, Salmon & Roasted Mushrooms. Our Waitperson Joey was excellent. Grant, the General Manager & staff, Ferdy, Maria & Ricky added to the night's enjoyment. We recently dined at Hilton Head Island’s Chophouse 119 and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The service was also impeccable. Thank you Enrique for being knowledgeable and attentive, we felt like valued guests. Now, onto the star of the show – the steak. The quality of the meat was outstanding, perfectly cooked to our specifications, and bursting with flavor. Each bite was a testament to the chef's skill and the restaurant's commitment to using top-notch ingredients. It is also worth mentioning that the wine selection was impressive and provided a perfect complement to our meal. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough for a special occasion or a memorable night out. It is a true gem for any food lover and connoisseur of fine dining.

I was pleasantly surprised how great the Chophouse was. Felt like being in a New York Steakhouse in Hilton Head. The restaurant had a great vibe and very romantic and with great music. We had a wedge salad that was big enough to share and very tasty. We chose the boneless ribeye which was cooked perfect and accompanied by brandy peppercorn sauce and was delicious. I loved the sophisticated feel of this place – I definitely would return to try more dishes. The tuna tartare was lit and the burrata tomato salad was very refreshing. Our server was great and so attentive to our needs. Service was well-timed and friendly,

We could not have asked for a more perfect meal. A true old NYC style steakhouse, from cocktails through aperitifs. Our steaks were prepared to our specifications, of excellent quality, and generous, well seasoned sides completely rounded out our meal.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at Chophouse 119. It was a fabulous meal, great service and an incredible atmosphere. We really enjoyed the Sinatra music that accompanied our meal. I would definitely go agaion!

Fantastic establishment for fine dining. Every element of the meal was delicious and the service very, very attentive. My husband and I sat at a high top in the bar and tho the bartender was technically our server, when he was unable to get to us, many others stepped up to be sure we had what we needed to enjoy our dinner. We’re from Chicago and have had some darned good carpaccio but this was possibly the best. Ridiculously tender and topped with homemade Parmesan cheese - top notch. He had the dry aged NY strip and said it was prepared perfectly. I had the crab cakes - fantastic. Shared the twice baked potato which was crazy delicious. Also had the Brussel sprouts which was the only thing that I’d rate ‘meh’. Tasty but would have been much better if they were crispy or roasted. Manager treated us to champagne for our anniversary, a really nice touch. Definitely recommend.

The service was great but I won’t be back. I ordered a Manhattan and found out on the bill it was $35. Should have told us. Food was just ok. It was our anniversary. Could have treated us better!

The Chop House is one of the top restaurants on the island. The atmosphere is terrific! The service is the best around! Our server Giovanna was excellent! Giovanna knew the menu front to back and was very helpful in our decision making! Very professional service all around! The food was excellent! My filet was the best steak I have ever had! We enjoyed every minute of our experience!

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. We opted for the “aged” special. Pricey, but worth every nickel. Service was impeccable. My only complaint was that they played a happy birthday song multiple times and it was ridiculously loud. I will definitely return next time I’m in town.

The restaurant was hazy & smoke filled upon entrance & throughout meal. Waiter did his best given various circumstances outside his control. Out of 3 different bottles of wines we ordered. Both of our steaks were vastly undercooked. Likely will not return.

We had a wonderful time at Chophouse last night - from the delicious food, service, atmosphere, drinks, entertainment and decor - it all was top notch. We enjoyed the winter cosmo (fabulous and beautiful), champagne (can’t go wrong and they have a wide selection), the center cut filet (perfectly prepared and delicious), hanger steak (tender and filling), and flourless chocolate cake (perfect ending!). We would recommend it all! Jorge made sure we were taken care of, and went above and beyond, class act! (All the staff were friendly, fast, and suspect accommodating.) Highly recommend!

Great menu - service was great too, our waitress was attentive. On the pricier side but to be expected for a steakhouse. Everyone in our section engaged in conversation which was really nice, since the seating area is intimate. We got the filet 8oz (w cream pepper sauce) strip steak (Hotel butter) shrimp cocktail, escargot, macallan 18, old fashion, and white cosmo, crème brûlée. Would go again :) Also they were very accommodating with our infant!

We were 10 people and appreciated finding availability on a Saturday evening. Some of us didn’t enjoy our food, some were ok. Ambiance was nice and service was good but they are way overpriced We eat at many fine restaurants, but this was very high priced Everything alacart, so be aware your entrée will come alone on the plate. They need to work on their pricing.
