CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    Excellent experience. Went with a couple kids. Food was fantastic, attentive server, made us feel special for the event we were celebrating. Handle the allergies and special requests from the table like pros.

    unfortunately, service was sub par this time around. our family of five literally packed up the car just for the outstanding desert (steak masters menu - banoffee bread pudding) my husband and i tried a week ago. last night was lack lustre at best. our server was really nice but so many things contributed to a mediocre evening :( for the desert, the banana and bread pudding was nearly cold and not torched hot like last time. for our drinks, we received lattes with no spoons to stir in our sugar. we had to ask for them. we also received no napkins. we again needed to asked for some. i don’t feel these expectations are unusual and it felt a bit like a let down. i know we didn’t come for a big dinner and we were not generating a large amount of revenue.. but service is service despite our dollar spend.
