CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. The Chop burger was amazing, the food came out with perfect timing. The kids meals we really appreciated the fruit and veg before the meal was served. The steak was perfection, along with the chimichurri. Would go again any day of the week!

We went for my husband’s birthday. The staff were absolutely incredible. The food was fantastic. The chef even cooked his prime rib the way my husband requested. Everyone went out of their way to make the dinner special for him. In fact, they went above and beyond. My husband left there with a full stomach, a huge smile and even a birthday card they made and all signed.

The most important thing about the evening is that they took my wife’s shellfish allergy very seriously. Special attention to her needs was reassuring.

My parents went for their 27th anniversary and had an amazing meal and experience, they talked specifically about their wonderful waitress for the evening. I wish I had her name to send compliments to but I thank her for being the cherry on top of a wonderful day for them. Thank you to all kitchen staff as well for tonight, I worked as a line cook at another steakhouse so I appreciate the quality of the food coming out that I saw in pictures and heard about. It’s not easy to maintain such high standards during a dinner rush. Thank you to all.
