Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. We were a group of 7 celebrating an anniversary. Our server Chris was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. When we had an allergy based question he got all the information direct from the kitchen. The food was top tier. Appetizers were fantastic ( shrimp, steak bites,dips) steaks cooked to perfection, and the mains all arrived for all 7 people at the same time! Great experience!! They also included a thoughtful card for the couple celebrating. Kudos Chop.

My self and my guests had an amazing experience. Food and service exceeded our expectations. Our server spoiled us on service and made sure everything was to our expectations. A definite great dinner experience.

Food and ambience were excellent; we asked for a quiet area and got one. No complaints except the prices were a little high.

My experience was good. The restaurant is so beautiful with amazing and friendly workers. The only downside was that I had really high expectations for my steak, with it being a steak house My steak was just okay if I’m being honest. But I’ll definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I came in to celebrate our anniversary and had the pleasure of being served by Cameron. He was by far one of the best servers, if not the best server, I have ever had, and I myself am a server for over 4 years. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. They got us a complimentary dessert and even wrote us a “happy anniversary” card. We found a new favourite restaurant and team of excellent staff. If you ever want to have a memorable, outstanding dining experience, especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion, go to this Chop location, and request Cameron! 15/10, will definitely be back.

We were a table of 5 and 2 steaks were asked to be well done and came to the table medium One asked for no vegetables and when it came back to the table after being re cooked it was tough and 1 had vegetables that were asked not to be put on the plate . All we got for the mistake was a free desert instead of the mistake being taken off our bills. Maybe they should think that some people may not be able to eat desert due to diabetes or allergens they should have asked. We have been to this location before and never have had this before . I'm not sure if we wil be back

I went for lunch with my 10 year old daughter. She had the kid's steak plate and I had the new open face steak sandwich. Both were amazing and decently priced. We went at 11:30, which beat the lunch rush. It was relatively quiet and peaceful. Service was fast friendly. I will definitely be returning throughout the summer.
