Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

Food and environment is top notch! It was a little slow considering it wasn't a busy night but we weren't exactly in a hurry. Great otherwise.

Our meals were way overpriced and didn’t taste great. The veggies were partially cooked, the Halibut was dry and the rest of the food was cold. The steak was extremely salty. The bill was outrageous.

Once again a perfect evening of perfectly prepared food with outstanding service. Chop always seems to go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Imagine being presented with a birthday card signed by the entire staff and a gift included!

My family and I were there to celebrate for Mother’s Day. We had a great time! The only concern was that my wife’s steak was a little bit undercooked for what she wanted but the staff quickly took care of it for her. Chop is our go to place for all our big celebratory occasions!
