    It was a delightful, delicious experience in every regard. Maci (sp?) was lovely. FINALLY, a restaurant venue with superb attributes not the least of which is we could actually have a reasonably quiet conversation among a table for 6. The reasonably-priced food was prepared to perfection, the ambiance splendid. We're looking forward to returning to enjoy patio seating this summer.

    My husband and I both had the filet mignon, his with the au poivre sauce. I had the potatoes au gratin, he had the baked potato. Steaks were cooked perfectly. The potatoes au gratin were downright indulgent! Hubs confirmed the baked potato was cooked nicely as well. Served with asparagus, tender tender tender. I had the strawberry shortcake, he had the triple chocolate mousse. Food was out of this world for Pueblo - honestly one of my best dining experiences after living here for 5 years. I felt the plates were extremely reasonably priced and the dessert seemed slightly under-priced compared to the meal. Service was exceptional. We did go on a Monday evening so the restaurant wasn't super busy. 10/10 will be dining here again.

    We enjoyed our birthday dinner at Chop. The food was great. Service was ok. Seemed like the server had never waited on a table before. Everyone has to start somewhere so we didn't take offense We will go back. The steak and shrimp were very good. Good price for what we were served.

    Everything was outstanding. The food was exceptional. Great value for the money. The weight staff was awesome. The atmosphere was great. Will definitely be returning. We have the lobster tail, shrimp, and filet mignon. All of it was outstanding.

    Great steak, excellent service. Our only complaint was the chairs were uncomfortable. Chop needs to replace them or pad them.
