   It took our waiter 20 minutes to bring us our first drink, later service was slower than what you would expect for a restaurant which charges premium prices. Will look to other alternatives next time.

   Such and amazing experience. I did not expect these high end quality from a casino steak house. The service was impeccable, food was perfect. We each had filet mignon and we shared cream spinach and truffle fries. Steaks were perfectly cooked and delicious. The spinach was excellent and fresh, not your usual garbage. The fries were perfect, real potatoes, double fried and an unconventional shape. I had asked for au poivre sauce and the general manager himself served it. You can see him buzzing and helping everyone. I think that a great reason for the restaurant being so amazing is the general manager. Even the wine by the glass had a great selection. The Burnt Old Fashion was delicious. If you go gambling or go see a concert, the Chop House is a must.

   There were 4 of us for dinner before a show. Service was spot on. The king salmon was perfectly prepared. The pork chop was tender. The portions were generous. No one in our party ordered steak but what we ordered was delish. The prices for a casino steakhouse were reasonable. We will definitely return.

   Good not great. Had a steak and companion had the pork chop. Both a little dry. Apps and sides were good. Service was a little slow.

   Complete turn around since the last encounter we had at Chop House, service and food were both excellent.

   Very good service and quality of food. This is the third year we have been going to Chop house in Windcreek casino . I would recommend it.

   The restaurant is great but we had a bad experience with our dinner (rib eye) being served raw when we asked for medium. We asked for sauteed onions not realizing they would be served in top of the steak and not on the side (way to much). Otherwise our servers were friendly and attentive.

    Servers were very attentive and polite, and we’re happy to explain any thing we had questions about on the menu. We eat out a lot, and this was one of the best places we have ever been. The food was exceptional!
