I must say that this was a very good fine. I loved the Shakes and especially that they can be spiked up! Our server was really nice and the food was amazing. I am definitely going to try the Breakfast menu the next time I am there.

My daughter picked this place because she has had several breakfast meals there and has really enjoyed their milk shakes. We came for restaurant week. Made reservations and we were seated immediately when we walked in. When she sat us I could tell that the entire section we were in maybe 15 tables had been sat in the last five minutes. Really poor planning on the part of the hostess and management. Zach our super friendly server was very busy. It took him quite a while to get to our table of no fault of his own. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time. We received the appetizer after about 15 minutes. The fried calamari, a restaurant week item, has a lot of potential but they were slightly overcooked the breading on them was nice and I liked how they fried it with a giardiniera. We waited another 30 minutes for our entree's. Zach continued to check in and refill the water but it was clear there was error with our order since all the table around us received their food even those sat after us. When the food showed up I immediately cut into my steak to check to make sure the temp was correct, it was overcooked, but only slightly, then I put what I hoped was a bite of hot mashed potatoes which turned out to be ice cold. I complained to Zach about my frustration and he sent the manager to speak with me. He offered to make another plate, which I declined as I did not wish to wait another 30 minutes for luke warm potatoes and over cooked steak. I informed the manager who never bother to introduce himself, that I wanted a box and the check. Zach returned with the check which I reviewed and I was still charged for the steak I did not eat and the dessert we did not receive. There were many mishaps with this dining experience which Zach was very apologetic for. Couple of things I took away from this. Only go to Chocolate Frog Cafe if you want breakfast or are really desperate before a movie....if you do happen to dine here make sure Zach is your server.

Food was decent. I went out of my comfort zone on a dish and didn't love it but everyone else in our party enjoyed their food very much. Service was great and the interior is very stylish. Will be back.

Very scattered and stressed staff. Portions were very small. Wife ordered the cowtown Bbq bowl. Was supposed to have pulled pork. Looked and tasted like brisket. Also only had 2 pieces of meat on it

It was New year's Eve but shouldn't a restaurant be ready to be extra busy? The hostess seemed to be running around all over the place. A couple of the servers seemed harried. I liked the decor (cool chandeliers over the cool bar area) and feel of the place but it was distracting to see the folks running around. Overall it seemed like they were not ready for the crowd. Our server was very nice and pleasant. She took our drink order right away. It took a while to give our food order. It took an even longer time to get our food. We didn't have any place to be so it was no big deal, just an observation. The Angus burgers were mixed up between our party. Medium versus Medium-well and different types of fries. My burger was good but a tad over-done for medium. Sweet potato fries were disappointing. We selected different spiked shakes and only one met expectations. Besides being very small (served in what looked like a brandy snifter) the other two were pretty blah. My spiked root beer shake seemed like an average tasting vanilla shake. I kept waiting for something special. To be fair, we didn't make our concerns known. We may give them another.

Lack of consistency. Great food on my first visit. Ordered the same menu item on my second visit and it was poor. My first visit was at lunchtime, second visit in the evening. I will not go in the evening again.
