   We often to the China Rose and love their buffet! It has a good selection and great flavours.

   Good but could use a little more variety and have a better lunch special 17 for 30 min of eat time maximum if your on lunch is a little steep

   Very disappointed as it was New Years and figured since it has been years going to this place that the food would have improved. We were so wrong. It was terrible. The rice was burnt, food was cold and selection was poor and we paid $78 (family of 3 and we got discount because we had child) we were not impressed at all. Overpriced for what they served. The place is the same as 10 years ago and needs a makeover and sign outside is ripped and we should of known after seeing that not to go in. Would never recommend this place and will never go back.

   Everything was great as usual but I feel it’s time for a renovation. I’ve been going to this establishment for almost 40 years. Even when it was located by spa lady. Love the food

   We had a reservation on Christmas eve which was probably our first mistake, We wanted to order off the menu instead of the buffet and were told it would be an 1 to 1.5 hours to get our food so we ended up getting the buffet. The buffet price was marked up 25% from regular price because they added crab legs and prime rib, The food was mediocre at best and I did not actually receive any ginger beef as it was empty every time I went up. Our experience was not what we payed for especially with the 25% mark up for Christmas eve, China Rose will never get a referral from us or anymore business. I gave this some thought over 4 days and it still didn't take the sting out of my experience, this restaurant has gone down hill.

   The food wasn't bad but it could've been better. Everything seemed over cooked (especially mussels) and kind of bland, watered down or very little spices.
