   The restaurant was recommended to me by two different people who had been there before. The ambience is great. The mountain decor and the setting is very intimate. The food and the food presentation was spectacular and the service was superb. The only glitch was our food took about 45 minutes to arrive at our table after ordering. We made mention of that to one of the servers and we’re told that it is always a 40 minute wait because of the small kitchen and the fact that everything is made from scratch. We were a bit puzzled,however, When another server apologized to us sometime after the food was delivered to the table. He said that that should never have happened and gave us a complimentary dessert. We were a bit confused but had a great time with great food and would definitely go back,

   Table service was excellent. Food was very good. Small menu. Drinks were average. The only issue we had was the hostess was quite short with us. Just gave the impression that she didn’t particularly care if we were there or not. When we left, we asked about a bus line question and she just looked at us and said I don’t know. So minor thing but enough to make me go from five stars to four stars.

   Our table (4 guests) had 4 different entrees and all were excellent. These included the duck enchiladas, Wagyu beef, elk, and bison. Each of the sauces and side dishes that came with the entrees were delicious. We sat in a booth upstairs and enjoyed our cocktails and entrees for a very relaxed evening. This was the same excellent service and food we've enjoyed on our previous visits to Chimayo.

   Veggie enchiladas, snapper and scallops are all delicious. The trout fajitas were just okay, definitely not worth $50. Would be nice if entree prices were more sane and we could visit more regularly instead of only frequenting during the 2 for 1 promotion window.

   The food and the service was great, highly recommend it if traveling to PC for the first time, being a local, it’s always tops on our list.

   Great steaks, margaritas, soup sampler, and ribs. We were treated like royalty and have been several times.

   This is a beautiful restaurant owned by Paul White, a Park City rancher who owns several restaurants in Park City. The service was excellent, and we ordered the first four appetizers on the menu. The ceviche was an extensive portion and perfectly prepared with lots of shrimp. The queso and deconstructed nachos were just pretty good. We had to return the mussels as they were mushy (possibly a bad batch, but more likely frozen and thawed out too quickly). The prices for entrees were exceedingly high, but they were large and made with high-quality ingredients. The trout fajitas for $54 and the duck enchiladas were excellent.

   Espectacular: El queso fundido con totopos, sopa poblana y sopa de tortilla, además del ceviche. No para todos los gustos: Las enchiladas de pato demasiado sabores que saturaban la gran idea.

    We had the short rib dinner. AMAZING! It looked like a pineapple. You'll have to get it to know what I mean. It can easily be shared. Server was very present, but not to much, just right. Such a COOL place inside. Go check it out.
