As a local to PC, it’s been awhile since we ate at Chimayo since there’s no shortage of fine restaurants here. The meal was excellent, I had the salmon special and my wife had the elk, both dinners were prepared and presented with excellence. Our server, Kent, was fantastic, he did his job well and knew how the various meals were prepared and offered his suggestions when questioned. We will definitely go back again soon and if you’re new to PC, you should too, you won’t regret it and be sure to ask for Kent as your server!

We love LILY and all the staff at Chimayo! Always treated like VIPs the food is outstanding from start to finish. The best elk skewer in Utah as well as every other item we had! The soup trio was also a huge hit!! Delicious!!!

Excellent all around. The service was tops (our server was Kent) and both dishes were excellent. The portions are generous (we were glad we only got entrees and passed on appetizers). It is pricey, yet I’d say worthy and justifiable. The bathrooms are downstairs so keep that in mind.

We love Chimayo. This had been my favorite Park City restaurant for the past 20 years. The Elk London Broil is my favorite dish! So lean, tender and delicious. The appetizers are wonderful as well as the soups. The chef, Arturo is the best!

Appetizer ~ queso ~ wouldn't order again. I had the bison flat iron steak ~ it was drowning in sauce so I couldn't even taste the steak itself. Wouldn't order again. I doubt that I would even go back.

Usually all 5 stars, but was just very good last night. Food was good not perfect, service was good not perfect. I expect every meal to be memorable at Chimayo, but last night was just ok. Trout fajitas were great, sea bass was just ok. Service was just ok.
