My boyfriend and I dined at Chima Brazilian Steakhouse while on vacation, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed—complimentary valet parking and a beautiful building filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows created a welcoming atmosphere.
We were warmly greeted at the entrance and promptly seated. The staff was exceptional—professional, attentive, and kind. Shortly after we sat down, a server came by to explain how the dining experience works and took our drink and appetizer orders. We’ve been to several Brazilian steakhouses, but Chima offered something unique from start to finish.
Our waters were filled, and we were served pão de queijo—a warm, cheesy bread that was absolutely to die for. Throughout the evening, both the manager and staff checked in often, offering tips and explaining various items on the menu. They even brought a few sharable sides to the table, all of which were delicious.
The salad bar in the adjacent room was a highlight on its own. It was immaculately clean, beautifully presented, and filled with a wide variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, cold salads, rice, beans, cheeses, and cured meats. Everything paired perfectly with the meats.
Servers came around continuously offering a wide range of cuts, all cooked to perfection. We appreciated that they asked for our preferred meat temperature. We sampled picanha, lamb chops, ribeye, sirloin, filet mignon, bacon-wrapped filet, salmon, and chicken drumsticks. Our favorite was the picanha with chimichurri—absolutely unforgettable.
They also offered grilled cheese with honey and a must-try cinnamon-dusted pineapple—my personal favorite. We ended with an espresso martini and a slice of strawberry cheesecake. Be sure to save room for dessert!
We’re already planning to make the 800-mile drive back—it was that spectacular. Thank you, Chima, for an unforgettable dining experience.
