The food was outstanding and the sauces are even better!!! Could eat here every day!!!
The burnt ends and the fried chicken are amazing.
Delicious food and huge portions... lasted me several meals! Great cocktails and super friendly staff too.
It was wonderful. From the service to the food. Beyond wonderful. What a lovely outdoor ( and warm) experience.
Great Food! Tender Beef Brisket
While we had to sit outside due to Covid, Chicago Q rose to the challenge and provided a great Thanksgiving dinner. The food and service was awesome!
Great food and service.
We LOVED Chicago Q. 2 days before the 2nd shutdown and very quiet but a perfect night. GREAT FOOD! Will go back as soon as stupid governor opens things up. Please support all the restaurants in Chicago
Sunday brunch on a rainy chicago afternoon was excellent. Brisket Eggs Benedict came with well seasoned potatoes and perfectly poached eggs. Hollandaise lacked taste or lemon or the mustard addition it boasted. Would have been better on the side as it disappeared against its well seasoned counterparts. Benedict people are hollandaise people so you should bump up the flavor. Cheese grits were on the menu but could have been offered as a side too. Garlic-salt-brown sugar potato chips with sweet pickles are nice starters to wake up your taste buds. Nice wines by the glass and bottle. About $70 for two included a $3.50 ‘Covid fee’
Bachelor party dinnner
I had the fried chicken and it was fried a bit hard and the round shape of the pieces seemed strange. It was the service from the server that was outstanding. He was fun, thoughtful and made us feel at home. If I go back it will be because of him.
This was my first time visiting this restaurant. My sister and I went for brunch and we were pleasantly surprised. Starting with our server Mario. He was very knowledgeable about the entire menu and even suggested drinks for us which were great. Everything we ate and drank were amazing. We will definitely be back!
Amazing food and very quaint place.
Best BBQ in Chicago and always wonderful service! Thanks for another great dining experience!
Amazing stuff, great BBQ and ambiance, and the GIANT carrot cake was as huge as it was delicious. 10/10 recommend.
Fantastic service and amazing food as usual
Great food and service
They were pretty busy and they took care of things like champions! Drinks were fantastic and food was just as good.
We LOVE q!!! It’s now our go-to place for bbq as the food, the cocktails, the service and the atmosphere are always on point, and because we always feel safe due to the appropriate spacing of tables and careful attention to safety protocol on the part of the staff! Thanks for yet another fabulous meal!!!💙. Oh, and definitely try the alligator appetizer!!!💙
Sat inside, only 1 other party. Food came fast.
BBQ was mediocre at best.
Wonderful food, drinks, and atmosphere. The hush puppies were amazing as well as the brisket plate.
Customer service was overly amazing and the food was delicious. A friend recommended this place and I’m glad they did. We will definitely return with friends and family!!!!
Great ribs and the best Mac n cheese on the planet!
Incredibly dog friendly and conscientious about covid safety. And food is second to none!
Everything was great! The service and foos is amazing everytime.
lovely lunch in outdoor cafe.
Very enjoyable sitting outside, despite the weather. Tasty as always, though the food should arrive unwrapped.
Great spot for dinner! Some of the best BBQ in the city and their spritzer cocktail on a warm summer day is very refreshing and lovely!
Service and food were FANTASTIC! Based on the outside appearance of the restaurant, I would not have expected it be a BBQ joint. We both ordered the combo platter (ribs, brisket, and pulled pork). It was a good amount of food and we both had leftovers to take with us. When visiting Chicago, I'd definitely go back and I've already recommended to friends!
Just a great place to eat
We were sat at a single table set far outside the main patio. Felt very secluded, many homeless walking around and asking us for money and the staff forgot to check on us to get our orders.
I made reservations and was seated immediately. The food came out quick and the wait staff was awesome! There made sure they came around very often to meet our needs.
Great food. Be sure to get a cocktail as the service is ...relaxed.
It was very good. The outdoor patio is terrific but a little hot for the middle of July. (not the restaurants fault)
Really great food! The fried green tomato appetizer was yummy.
I’ve had a great many items from q’s menu, and they are consistently wonderful! You can’t miss with this place.
Patio dining was perfect.
Our waiter was careful in
all regards.
Have always been a fan
of Chicago Q food.
A family favorite.
Overall good experience. We made a reservation
Great bbq and service
It was much better the first time we came. What I wanted, which was the brisket meatballs with grits, wasn’t on the menu and there weren’t any mashed potatoes. The baked beans were still good like the first time though. The lemonade was awful! It was so sour, the waiter, Robert, brought us some sugar and I still couldn’t get it right so we got two Cokes instead. Also, the complimentary chips weren’t crispy like chips are supposed to be and there wasn’t any mild bbq sauce like Kansas City bbq sauce like the last time.
