Always good food! Our server Isabella was wonderful; we'll always be back.
Staff did not ask about the special occasion (anniversary) we had on the reservation …no problem. Their seafood carbonara is the reason my wife picked this place, and their first plate was very disappointing. The seafood was over cooked and pasta was gummy like it had been sitting awhile under the lamps. However, credit to the waiter for taking it back and rushing a replacement. The 2d try was excellent. Surprised we didn’t get a visit from management, but they seemed a bit understaffed that night.
I won’t hang this on staff because I know enforcement causes fights, but the guests in the waiting area showed very poor mask compliance. Virtually no one was masked until we asked the hostess about it.
Let’s sum it up with, we’ll wait a while to come back until pandemic enforcement is less of an issue and staff levels return to something normal.
Great food and staff. Round table for 10 was perfect. Menu had a wide variety of food choices. Our ten meals were all served at the same time. Everyone loved the appetizer. Just perfect service, hope to go back soon.
The food was excellent, service impeccable and they even had some live music
Amazing service. Great owner. Andy took care of our party of 20 like no other. Would come back again for sure.
Wait time was minimal. Server was attentive, very experienced and engaged in a playful way in interacting with the mood of the party. Food was excellent and will bring us back in the future.
Our waitress left a little bit to be desired.
She seem to be struggling with her mask most of the evening and although our food came correct she just seemed not all there. Or not interested
It was my husband‘s birthday and we had mentioned that in our reservation. She never asked if we were celebrating. Table next to us had a birthday which they celebrated.
The service was very good; however, the food was expensive. Filet with no side of vegetable $50 and lamb chops $57- no vegetable. It was very loud and difficult to carry on a conversation amongst our table of four.
Great food and good service!
Our waitress was the best, she took extremely good care of us, didn’t hang around, came when she thought we might need something, very very personable.
Beautiful, warm, inviting place to dine. Delicious food, generous servings, professional and courteous staff. Nice wine selection, easy to find, and prompt seating; no wait time.
The evening started out great! We had a great waiter and we’re seated by the fireplace. Around 8:00 a group of women and two very small children were seated next to us. One of the children proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs on a pretty constant basis for the next 90 minutes. Needless to say the entire room was incensed, with reason. I was with three of my closest friends for a birthday celebration and it literally ruined our evening. We don’t get together very often and when we do this is not what we are looking for.
Chicago Prime Italian is one of my favorite places typically and I was too exhausted from health issues with my mother to say anything. The crabcakes tasted terrible. The eggplant was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for all day in the refrigerator all day on the salad. Usually the eggplant salad is a fresh warm crispy eggplant and it was absolutely disgusting and I could not even eat it I had the tomato off of it and threw out the rest. The prosciutto plate also seemed like the meat was not fresh. I was completely disappointed in everything that I ate. The waiter was the only good thing about the experience
First I am sorry to hear about anything related to family health issues. That's far more important that anything we could discuss. But I get it, the one time you take a break to go out and treat yourself...and, well, disappointing. I am SORRY! I spoke with the server, he said you two were delightful and generous. Please let us make it up to you, email/or phone me with your home address. In the meantime, I'll take this up with culinary staff tonight. Chef and I are on it!
This was our first time and nice restaurant and good service.
Everything from the drinks to the bread to the main meal was excellent!!
The food was amazing. Whether you're looking for a steak or pasta, this is the place to go! Half price wine bottles on Tuesday were amazing!
Everything was great with superior service
My first time dining there. Excellent service. Delicious food. Looking forward to my next experience there.
Super fantastic. The server Jason was wonderful and very friendly.
Dinner was delicious, our waitperson was great: great suggestions on what to order, intuitively seemed to know when to come by and when to let us visit.
The server was very very nice she made the experience worth while and the food was exquisite
All the staff were friendly and the food was great.
awful noisy couldnt hear our selves. food was great service was great.
Great food and service large selection on menu
We sat on the outdoor patio. Food was marvelous— kudos to the Chef! Patio was lovely with the outdoor lighting. Service was stupendous!!! Thank you for a lovely evening.
Alejandro is an excellent waiter, I am never disappointed when I ask for his advise on what I should get.
Friendly staff, great atmosphere very poor food. $60 strip was the most tastless, tough piece of meat I've ever eaten. Cooked to temp requested just fine but it either didn't rest or rested too long cause it was dry with the juices beside it on the plate. The seasoning was absent too. Everyone else I went with thought their food was low quality. Pasta probably was better than the meat we had but at the menu prices for the meat it looked as though they would know how to cook it.
Was there for an anniversary. Service was great! Food was fine. My mushroom ravioli was really good. wife had surf and turf: lobster was over cooked, steak was perfect.
Luis, our waiter, was terrific!
I indicated online reservations we were celebrating an anniversary however it was never acknowledged by the hostess or waiter. The food was good not great. The service was good.
Food and service were excellent.
Very good service, food and drinks. Our waitor Alejandro was excellent.
Ate outside and enjoyed great food with friends. Veal dishes were great and great wait staff. Quality food.
Service was very slow
Great food, great service, nice outside dining atmosphere, although we had to switch to inside because of rain. The eggplant tower appetizer was phenomenal. One of our favorite places.
Great experience! We had an anniversary dinner on the patio and it was lovely. Nice music, great food and service.
Excellent Italian food, great service, excellent choice to enjoy a meal with friends.
Very good food, salmon was cooked perfectly. Also, the outdoor patio was really nice with the live music as well
