   The Yardbird menu did not disappoint. The service was outstanding. It was great chatting with Sara. I wish her and the entire team the best of luck with the new Denver location.

   Believe the bad reviews. I read them and thought, “how bad could it be”?. I was wrong. The service kept coming up as poor. I called the restaurant before I went to make sure they were aware before I brought my family there for dinner. They said they have fixed the issues, but after going there they had not at all. Worst service ever - server didn’t tell my dad they were out of what he ordered and brought him something else without asking him if that was what he wanted. Then when we could finally get the servers attention, it took another 35 mins for him to get undercooked salmon. The menu was a restaurant take over from “Yard Bird”. The menu that was online was nothing like what they were at Chica. The prices on that menu were ridiculously high - $61 for a fried chicken dinner. They served us a different bottle of wine ($185) vs. the one we ordered ($85). I doubt this place will be there (with current management) in 18 month. Save your money and time - eat elsewhere.

   Don't waste your time or money. Totally over-priced for a meal that could be had at Denny's. Our wait staff were polite, but clearly had little experience. But they are NOT the reason for the 2 star review. I'd give the server and staff 5 stars for effort, and 3 stars for experience, for overall 4 stars. But the food is simply disappointing. It's especially disappointing when considering price. Yes, the restaurant is next to the mountain, so the rent must be ridiculous. But try and make the plate generous. Include sides (a $45 fried chicken came à la carte!). Have more sharable appetizers. I was with good friends, so the banter and camraederie made the night. We could have been anywhere else. Wish we had.

   Fried chicken was dry and tasteless - far below what was expected for a special menu/pop-up. No way this is the best Yardbirds can do. Something went wrong. Bun for chicken sandwich was stale. Seemed like all the food had been sitting out for the day. Just not good at all.

   It was fine, the yardbird menu was kinda medium. And $21 for truffle fries (we were told the frier was acting up so they were just. Regular fries) is kinda absurd.

    Limited overpriced menu selections. Extremely loud music and noise from large tables in dining room. Very dark and poorly lit. Originally seated at a table in the bar… moved to the dining room. Wait staff regularly bumped into my chair during service. Food was poorly coursed with side dishes ahead of entrees. Menu was not explained regarding size and concept for sharing items despite inquiring. There are better choices in town.

    This is a good date spot. It's lively but you can still hear the other person talking. To be honest it's more of a Miami vibe than an Aspen vibe. The food is good, also a latin flare to the menu items.

    We ate here about a year ago and it was one of the highlights of our entire trip. Because of the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere we had previously enjoyed, we left Chica to our last night this time. It was apparent right when we sat down that everything had gone down hill. The service was appalling from a full glass of wine spilled on one guest (that was never replaced), to sitting with empty water glasses for over ten minutes. The absolute worst part of the night was when the birthday girl ordered a margarita and the waitress tried to get her to have it made with CLASE AZUL. The audacity to try and upsell someone to a CLASE AZUL margarita was revolting. In less than 60 minutes Chica went from our favorite spot in Aspen to our least favorite. We also could not track down a manager to share our experience, but I suppose it would have been even scarier to think that a manager was watching over that train wreck.

    We sat inside and were one of 3 tables and had horrendous service. The tip is included in the overpriced bill so the server paid no attention to us. For all the hype it was Very disappointing . Even though The outside tables were not filled they said they were not available for our reservation maybe it would have been a different experience if we’d been able to sit outside?!

    The restaurant is super cute. A cross between tropical and a ski lodge vibe. Our server was extremely helpful with food allergies and the manager stopped by to check on us. Drinks were constantly refilled and all the staff was friendly and efficient.

    The food was expensive, and overall not very nice, a $64 fatty grisly cheap 8oz steak coveted in a horrible sauce - which gratefully they took off the bill, after our complaint. I won’t be back. While I appreciate them taking it off the bill we both left hungry and very unsatisfied. The only thing decent was the Brussels sprouts. Our first meal in Aspen let’s hope it gets better from here.

    Unfortunately we had a horrible dining experience, our dining started out nice but then a huge group came in and we were surrounded by people that were waiting to be seated. We asked the manager to have them wait in the waiting area and nothing was done. We ended up having to eat with people all around us (people’s hair and butt rite next to our food. We couldn’t even get out of our chairs that’s how close the people were to us. We spent near $600 and our dining was ruined, the only good thing was our server she was nice.

    We had a fantastic meal with friends. Started with great margaritas, appetizers including tar tar and empanadas, meat platter and sides. All delicious! Ended with flaming skull which was amazing. We will be back!

    Wow…just wow!!! I would highly recommend this place. The vibe is loud but fun and hip. If you are into Apres ski this is the IT place to go. It is conveniently positioned right off the gondola at the base of Ajax. Everything on the menu is delicious and fair prices…given it is Aspen 😉

    Very chic! Loved the menus. Food was exactly as expected, great! Robust flavors and excellent service. Location is prime! Right next door to the gondola and walking distance for all the best shopping. Staff was delightful!

    The flavor profiles on every dish was off. It was particularly noticeable when the mixed vegetables, which was essentially a mix of potatoes and onions didn’t even taste like vegetable. In addition, we couldn’t understand the waiter’s explanation of any dish. We had recommended to a number of folks to go to this restaurant based on our experiences last year. Never again. 2 appetizers, one side and dessert -$137.

    We were a party of 12. While they accommodated our large group in two reservations to sit together, and our server was amazing… the hostess was very rude. As we were packing to leave, she began to rush us. Spoke to me very condescendingly as if I didn’t know what time it was. The manager offered champagne as an apology for our experience but we don’t drink. The food is a bit over priced and the kitchen was slow but that was expected given our size group.
