Went with 6 guests for a business dinner meeting and the staff and place was fantastic! Can’t wait to go back!
Food mediocre. Staff does not wear masks.
What a great spot for good food and a setting that is comfortable and hospitable. The Waitstaff if spectacular and the entire experience was fine. We had two young adults with us and they were delighted with the food and service as well
Early dinner so mostly empty, quiet, fast service, good sized portions. We walked around the inner harbor after and when we returned to our nearby parking there was quite a line of locals waiting for to go, so that tells you the locals like it.
Perfect place to have a great dinner and the friendly atmosphere gave us a fantastic night
Delicious Italian food in a Toscany environment. Great service and close to the Inner Harbor.
The food and service was really good. There were 6 of us and we were all happy with our meals. The seafood raviolis were delicious but I felt that they were a little light on filling and we received 4 raviolis for $28. The salad was delicious.
Chiapparelli's never disappoints! Best Italian food ever!
Ate dinner outside. It was a nice relaxed meal. The food was very good.
The server was wonderful and kind but the food was truly just okay. Probably won’t go back.
Great place. Busy. Food good. Eggplant undercooked according to one of our companions. But my veal Parma was excellent.
Drooling gnocchi and chip salad were great, but the eggplant parm was terrible. Eggplant parm is a standby on many Italian menus, and
I’ve never had one before that was unappetizing. The eggplant rounds were tough and tasteless and almost devoid of cheese.
Waitress was so accommodating! Enjoyed our dinner!
Great service and food was excellent for my friend’s birthday. It was our first time dining.
2nd time dining here. Service was very good. The food was as well. The gnocchi tasted special. It was definitely homemade. It was a beautiful evening to sit outside and enjoy the views of the neighborhood.
Don’t sit at the bar—service was terribke
Great service, great food. Been going there for 54 years and still delicious.
It's been a while but it was a good as we remembered. The Shrimp Nicola and Calamari did not disappoint.
Nice spot in Little Italy. Good menu options. My granddaughter loved her beverage and meal. She gives it 800 stars. Very friendly and attentive wait staff.
Just ok. Lackluster atmosphere, good service, very tired menu. The product was so-so. Veal piccata was good but sauce overwhelmed meat. Saltimboca was okay. Bolognase was bad as in it wasn’t bolognese sauce I asked if maybe they have wrong sauce…lacked any noticeable meat, milk or carrots. Think I was served spaghetti sauce. Wouldn’t return.
Very poor service. Never going back.
Food was good. A bit pricy. Slow service as not enough servers and computer to pay by credit card were out!
Great food. Great portions. Fun traditional Italian feel
Amazing. Helen is a wonderful hostess.
Great little restaurant in little Italy. The staff was the start of the show and you definitely will be treated well.
The staff were great. It was a little crowded on the sidewalk when people walked by, but it was fun!
The Shrimp dishes both my friend and I had were great. We had a really nice meal.
Loved this place. Authentic Italian. 3 generation family owned business. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Everything fresh made to order and could handle most dietary restrictions. Loved this place!
Bad service. I was disappointed in the manicotti which was a clump of cheese. No pasta shells. Highlight was the salad but the soup was salty. Probably won’t go back w so many other Italian restaurants nearby.
Ida was a fantastic waitress. Such a sweet person. Our appetizer and entrees were great.
Overall a good dining experience. I didn't like the Fettuccine Alfredo, not enough cheese flavor, in my Tour of Italy. Salad and calamari were excellent. Everyone else loved their choices. My party of 5 dined sufficiently, with a bottle of Moscato di Asti, for under $200 including 18% tip.
We sat outside and had a nice breeze making it like we were in Italy.
This restaurant was probably good at one time but that was long gone with the unseasoned and ill prepared food. Fried calamari was frozen and unevenly cut, the arancini was also frozen and not made in house. It looked like fried mochi balls. The house salad was limp and damp. I ordered the seafood pasta and at $30 it should have been more than a mix of frozen subpar mini seafood mix in a bag that was slung together with overcooked pasta and bad white wine sauce. They obviously have lost passion for what they do and being a resident of this neighborhood, we do not plan to go back nor recommend it to any of our friends.
Helen was the best! Authentic Italian food was delicious! Will definitely be back!
I wanted to love this historic Italian restaurant, but found that aside from the authentic Little Italy ambience and service from sweet nonas, the food was a little lacking. Perhaps it was just what we ordered- the gnocchi and the chicken piccata. The chicken was overcooked and over salted. Nice selection of Italian wines and fun playlist of old-times music. I'd give it another chance when in Baltimore and change my order. Seems like a very sweet, family run business.
We were vacationing in The Inner Harbor and saw the positive reviews on Open Table. Since we were within walking distance, thought we’d give it a try. Arrived 30 minutes early but it wasn’t a problem and we were seated immediately. The restaurant ambiance is charming and very clean, with socially-spaced tables. The service was attentive, filling water glasses without having to be asked. But it was the food that was the stand-out. We shared the mussels and the arancine. Delicious! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the pescatore and linguini with white clams for our entrees. Huge portions, and after the appetizers and the large, complimentary house salad, we took home more than we ate!! Well-made cocktails, too. But please update the cocktail prices on the Open Table website.
Helen the server was excellent and very warm. Food was plentiful and very good.
The food was super good! We loved the salad which we could have made a dinner of because it was so large ! We had enough of the main dinner to take home. Helen the server was very friendly and so helpful in menu selections. Great experience!
Everything about this restaurant is Outstanding!!!!
We got a outside table and had an absolutely fantastic dinner. The food was so good! The bread and salads were delicious, I was nearly full before our main course came out but it was so good I couldn’t stop! Drinks were perfect, service was prompt and pleasant!
