Chez Pierre Bistro is an authentic and most charming French bistro that everybody wished they had in their neighborhood, where Chef Pierre develops his profound love for creative and innovative ideas in his kitchen.
The ambiance is intimate, friendly, his staff always very professional and his charming wife Esther watches over the dining room.

Chef Pierre has the extensive knowledge, passion and respect of the best ingredients from local farmers markets. His cuisine is superb and his daily specials are impressive, unique and follow the seasons.
In the winter you can find his famous cassoulet, in the spring, shad roe and soft shell crabs, in the summer, paella in addition to a selection of wild fish.

It is no surprise that Chez Pierre Bistro has been voted Best French restaurant of the Desert for the past 10 years and nominated among ”Best Chef of America” by his peers.

There are many wonderful restaurants in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert/Rancho Mirage areas, but only a very few go above and beyond to make the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Chez Pierre Bistro is at the top of the list. We've been many times and have never been even slightly disappointed. We celebrated my husband's birthday there last night and everything was perfect. We live in Palm Springs and it's worth the <30 min. drive.

We had a nice quiet dinner only 2 tables occupied. First time here they have a summer menu.we were very happy with this menus something for everyone. The food Orange Roughy, Calamari steak and Beef Tongue were amazing. The service was top notch but it was a very slow night. Thank you Chef we will be back

Best French restaurant in the Valley (and beyond). Traditional cuisine, perfectly prepared, plated and served. Always consistent, never disappoints. Recently sold to long term employees with no drop off, even better actually, with I didn't think possible. If you want a great French dinner at reasonable prices look no further than Chez Pierre!!!

As always everyone loved their entrée. This restaurant consistently has delicious well prepared food and is such a pleasant dining experience. It’s become our favorite in the valley!
