   Our waiter was pleasant. Our food was delayed. When it came out, only half the table was served. When we asked about the rest of our order, the waiter told us they were making more chicken and steak. We challenged the comments since the restaurant was full of chicken and steak. The balance of our order came out a few minutes later, delivered by some sort of manager. Those of us with the later food commented that it tasted weird. 2 hours later we have all thrown up.

   We have been going to Chevys since the 1990’s at this location in Santa Rosa. They were having a really bad night with 2 cooks and a few parties. We arrived at 5:30pm and didn’t get our dinner until 7:10pm. The food was awful, no flavor, items missing, just bad overall. Very disappointed. We spoke to the manager and she took care of our order so we didn’t pay but left our waitress a tip as she did a good job. They need to do better at having adequate staff when parties are there as you have to make reservations.

   Food was good but took forever to get. Also had to ask several time to get chips & salsa and refills!!!

   We were craving fajitas so knew we had to go to Chevy’s! We had a reservation but decided to eat at the bar. Juan took very good care of us. He has been there over 20 years and it shows. Made a great spicy cucumber Margarita. Guacamole was on point and the fajitas came sizzling. We left very full with leftovers for lunch.

   Do Not Eat Here! This place was awful. The servers are to busy chatting between themselves to wait on customers. Once we were waited on it took 30 minutes to get our food. When it arrived it was cold. Cheese was not even melted. Chicken meat in the taco was cold, like it came out of the fridge. Don't waste you time.

   My partner and I had reservations for the Valentine's Day dinner special--3 courses plus a glass of champagne. Good choices for appetizer, entree, and dessert. The crab and shrimp enchiladas were very good as was the rice and beans. The tortilla soup was delicious but a bit too spicey for me. We chose the Chewy Sundae for dessert. It was huge; much more than two people sharing could finish. As usual, the margaritas were very good. Our server Candida was great--prompt, courteous, helpful, and checked on us regularly.. Overall a good experience.

   Waited almost an hour for our food. Drinks came quickly but seemed very watered down, my friend who had a $14.50 drink said it tasted just like juice.. He asked for alcohol to be added so they brought him a shot of the alcohol to add to his drink, charged $8.50 for that! Food was not as good as usual. Disappointing meal.
