    Always wonderful service. Extensive list of food selections with a choice of “small plate” for many items in addition to an Early Bird Menu. Quality of food is very good-you won’t be disappointed!

    The dining experience was wonderful for Mother’s Day brunch. The variety of food offered was very good, carving station’s prime rib and ham were excellent as was the seafood medley. B’fast was also very nicely done; my family liked the way the eggs were prepared as well as the bacon ( thinly sliced not over cooked). The service was impeccable, we have dined at Chestnut Hill before and the friendly staff is always polite and pleasant - very prompt in caring for guests needs. Consistently excellent food, service and dining experience!

    The pork masala was disappointing. The pork medallions appeared to be run through a tenderizer and the sauce was thick and heavy. The blackened chicken was dry.

    Would never have come had I known it was buffet only. Buffet food was terrible. Everything looked like it was just thrown together. Even presentation looked sloppy. Would have left if it wasn't a holiday and probably other restaurants were full. Not at all up to the usual Chestnut Hill standards. Extremely disappointing. Will not come back for a holiday meal.

    Disappointing Experience I really wanted to like this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short in several key areas. The food was underwhelming and far too expensive for the quality provided. The vegetables were bland and lacked seasoning, and the scallops—though deep-fried—were nearly undercooked in the center. Even something as simple as the garden salad was uninspired and lacked flavor. That said, our waitress was sweet, attentive, when she realized that we have not been helped and were waiting for a while. It’s a shame the food didn’t match the quality of the service. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and won’t be returning.

    Thank you for the review. If the server was aware of your feelings at the time we would have been able to better serve you and cook the dish to your liking. Many times we do not over salt the food, to leave the natural flavors and so each patron can decide to add their own amount, as you cannot take the flavor of the salt away from the dish once added. When you cook for many people it is not easy to meet every individuals taste preferences without them letting us know. We are sorry you feel disappointed.

    The waiter was very attentive and kind. It was a very nice experience for my husband and I. When we are back in Myrtle beach we will definitely go back to this restaurant.
