    Our service was great however I was disappointed in the food. We started with a raw yellowtail app it was extremely fishy. I got the grilled shrimp as an entree and the shrimp were just ok. My husband got the duck it wasn’t anything special. When dining at an expensive restaurant inside the Four Season hotel the food should taste amazing. The views were beautiful and I hate to give the food such a bad review but it was definitely subpar

    I've eaten here before so i can't figure out why this visit was so lackluster.. The venue was fine, the service was great as usual. The food was questionable not the freshness but its presentation. Other times I've been here, I've had GREAT experiences. I just think some decisions need to be made to improve what's served and how it's presented at this pricepoint.

    We were welcomed by the hostess and each person who waited on us called me by my name. The food was amazing. My little girl wanted orange Fanta and they didn’t have it at the restaurant but they knew they had it downstairs at the bar, so they went to get orange Fanta for my girl.

    Amazing food with top of the line service. I enjoyed my experience and never regret time spent in this great restaurant. I have been a fan and will continue to love this place. Try the bread service and any of the steaks. I was hooked from the beginning with the skirt steak and recently enjoyed the Japanese Wagyu!!!! They didn’t have the wine I picked, but swooped in with an amazing alternative.

    We have loved dining at Chemin. We know this restaurant is more expensive than many others, yet the prices seemed significantly higher than previous visits. Even with validation, the valet parking was a higher price than anticipated which isn’t the fault of the restaurant or the valet attendants. As much as we love the view and the food, we won’t be back here as often for dinner.

    GREAT PLACE for a date... only problem is that there aren't any 4 seat tables on the window... Outside of that me and my guests had a wonderful experience...

    Went for our five-year anniversary and sat on the balcony overlooking the river. The staff was lovely and I had the best crawfish pasta I’ve ever experienced.

    We had reservations at 8. Were seated at 8:05. Our first interaction was about a minute late when water was poured. At 8:30 I had to ask our assigned member of the wait staff we wanted to order appetizers. We received them at 9pm. At that time anticipating similar service we ordered our entrees. They arrived at 9:35. My $120.00 waygu striploin was 6 pieces of sliced meat from 1 inch to 1.5 inches. I guess about 5 ounces. I have plenty of experience with waygu from Japan as I order it to my home. Yes what little was served was very good. But the dining experience was not worth $400.00. There are far to many great restaurants in New Orleans to put up with a overpriced sub par experience
