Chef's Table is a restaurant concept with 60 seats spread over two floors with a summer terrace. Chef's Table will make you discover, through the seasons, a tasting menu with momentary products that exude freshness and quality. In addition to this culinary excellence, various artifices will add a touch of adventure to your experience.
The Chef's Table menu was created by Executive Chef Marie-Anne Bédard (aka Madame Le Chef). The menu is largely a tribute to the flavors and products from here that our Chef is so proud of: Moving from her Frenzy of the Garden, to her Stag Tataki with sparkling caramel but also her Mackerel cooked at the table, ending with her famous dessert "Chef's Table". Madame Le Chef wants to create a new gastronomic experience to live in. Montreal!
An extravagant cocktail menu has been refined with taste and passion for the guilty pleasures and desires of all. In addition, a fine selection of wines from private imports only is available.
