We tried to order drinks and food around 7:30 pm and was told that a lot of drinks and food are out.
The hostess was unbelievable rude, the service was slow and I’ve been there before and liked the food but this time the quality wasn’t good and the portions were smaller.

Great venue, beers seem to run out quickly and only a couple food vendors open. This is a great place though, better once we are back to normal I’m sure.

Feels like a cafeteria, our food came 45 minutes apart! Ordered a Tofu mushroom noodle bowl. All Noodles , topping of Tofu and 3 mushrooms
I find that drinks are pretty expensive (Heineken in bottle was $9). Overall ok - good place to hang out with friends.

Understanding the impact of COVID on restaurants, Chef's Hall was very limited in terms of the food that was offered. Further, the drinks list was also very limited. It is a GREAT location, but the limitations on food and drink are significant.

Poor service. We needed to ask for water and refills. Felt rushed throughout.
The food was not good (only the taco and ramen place was open) and the service wasn’t either. One of my friends didn’t drink and they couldn’t even make her a virgin margarita.
At the end, they made a fuss about splitting the cheque (they eventually did but I had to escalate it).
Overall my get-together turned out worse than expected, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Food was very good, but presentation - on a metal tray with just a paper cover - more like a food truck than a restaurant. Similar with the terrace seating - basic tables and chairs like a food court. Not sure if this is Covid related, but detracted from what was excellent food. Ambiance and presentation not terrible - just a little unanticipated.

It’s a nice cute place but we went for dinner at 7:45 and they ran out of a lot of things on the menu. I would suggest booking earlier especially on a Saturday. Also our service was very slow half way through another waiter was helping us.
Been here a dozen times pre-covid but this was the first visit since. We sat outside and had a good atmosphere and great service (no longer self service, it is now table service). Great cocktails. The only issue is that only 2 of the restaurants are remaining open so there is not as much choice. The Mexican was terrific taste an quality.
I had a good time at Chef's Hall, the patio is beautiful and I love the concept. The service was attentive and very fast. Only slight caveat is that my request for the food (no onions) was ignored. The waiter apologized, and luckily I am not allergic to it.
It’s a cute place and the food was good but only two of the restaurants were available which was a little disappointing. The service however was amazing!
The servers are helpful and friendly and the Colibri tacos and Ramen Isshin was exceptionally good.

this was my first experience and it was great! the food was very tasty except for their Baja fish tacos.
Our server Brendan was absolutely amazing! such a personable, patient and friendly and did an awesome job with our table. We ended up spending 3-4 hours at our table and he was noting but kind and considerate. thank you for a great experience Brandon. i would recommend this place for the awesome staff. The food selection was limited due to COVID and they chose great selections.

I came here for dinner and drinks with a group of friends on a Thursday evening. Seating was prompt, as we had a reservation. The patio is well decorated and has a welcoming atmosphere.
We all started with some drinks. I ordered the Fresh Ginger Ale (~$5) and it was great, but I can't say the same for the food.
The waiter had to come back to the table at least 3 or 4 times (from what I remember) to apologize and ask my friends and I to choose something else from the menu because the kitchen didn't have what we originally ordered. With only two restaurants operating, it didn't leave many options and it was disappointing. I would have to say that the waiter handled these issues the best that they could and did their best to help our group find other food options.
I ended up ordering the Chicken Karaage Don rice bowl in the Regular size (~$8). It ended up being served to me in a pint-size plastic takeout tub and we were all given single-use plastic utensils to eat with. The chicken was pretty dry and the flavour in the dish completely banked itself on the spicy mayo that was drizzled on top. As a result, I would have to say that I found the presentation and food quality for the price paid to be disappointing.
The kitchen also got one of my friend's orders wrong, on top of not having what they ordered the first time around. This definitely made the Chef's Hall service rating lower in my books.
Overall, until more restaurants return to the food court and the establishment re-gains its footing, I would recommend that you come for the drinks and the patio vibe - but skip the food!
Food portion was rather small in comparison to price of the food.
The music definitely could’ve been better for the last Friday night in July. Also the kitchen seemed to close really early for a weekend night. But our server was great!

Food was cold when it arrived at our table and some of our order was canceled by service staff on accident. We didn't receive a sincere apology for the mix up on their behalf.
It's a little overpriced for what it is. I wasn't impressed by the food at all. The service however is excellent and the staff is very professional and friendly. The ambiance is good and the drinks are okay.
