   No Italian chefs here due to the Coronavirus. It was disappointing. Food was just average. Staff was great!!

   So excited to try this restaurant. We ordered the branzino as we watched other diners experience with the chef as he lit the salt crusted fish on fire, cracked it open and filleted the fish, table side, infront of the guests. Our turn came and a plate of fish was laid infront of us, no chef, no fire, no table side extravaganza. When we inquired what happened to the table side service we were informed they were too busy. The fish was delicious but when you pay $80 for a plate of fish and see every other table get the special treatment and you miss out, that’s disappointing. The manager apologised and gave us a discount on the fish but we left feeling our night could have been better. Food was delicious, waiter was doing his best but they were clearly understaffed. Guests next to us asked us what we thought of the bread, we were never offered any bread, so those guests hailed our waiter down and told him he forgot our bread. So many other restaurants in Aspen to try, won’t be coming back here.

   Disappointed, reservation at 6pm. There was nothing available at a later time. When we got there the restaurant was empty until about 7:30pm. Then it got maybe half full. Open table didn’t offer better times because apparently sold out. But obviously that was not the situation. Food ok...pasta was way too al dente. (Very hard)

   Three of us came early to dinner and even though the place was relatively empty, we experienced the worst service ever! Over an hour before apps and another hour to get 3 bowls of pasta! Food was just OK

   Awful ! we left - kids on ipads, poor service, not that good of food, long wait times, no accomodating for allergies - so so bad on the management side - AVOID

   Don’t waste your time or money! NOT ITALIAN!! We ordered tuna tartare and instantly could tell it was bad. Next had risotto that taste like it was out of a box. When I saw 4-5 kitchen crew watching a guy debone the branzino, I knew we were in trouble. $200. Dinner that was awful! Next chef please!

   To start off...louis Swiss bread was stale and wouldn’t have been great even if it wasn’t but at least it would have been edible. Calamari was terrible...about 10 pieces with no flavor. Entree of signature pasta was terrible and I couldn’t eat it. I thought the zucchini was boiled not fried...can’t even explain how it happened or why it was so bad but I couldn’t eat it. Dessert, the profiteroles, was the best part but average at best. I can’t believe how bad my experience was. The menu was so limited because of Valentines you would think they would have nailed what they were offering but actually seemed like everything was prepared the day before and just reheated.
