Always have a great dining experience at Chef Luis. Good variety on menu and good value compared to the other high end New Canaan food options.

As always, the food was excellent. We typically order the same 2 or 3 dishes (scallops, Lupica's pasta or Churrasco) because they're sooooo good, but my wife and I decided to try something different last night. The Cacio a Pepe pasta and Tuna Tataki were both delicious. Best of all, our server Ezekiel was a true professional - friendly and was able to provide details regarding all of the dishes on the menu. Our out of town guests joined us for dinner and they were blown away by the food and service.

It is a wonderful local spot. Now that the weather is warmer, there is outdoor dining. The food is a mix of flavors from different areas of the world prepared perfectly by Chef Luis.

Always a fantastic dinner! The staff are so welcoming. Even the chef comes and visits each table! Everyone is so happy and kind! Always a pleasure to dine here!
