Che Fico, is a California Italian restaurant from Chefs David Nayfeld and Matt Brewer in San Francisco's NOPA neighborhood. The food focuses on Italian cuisine through the lens of California. It’s our vision of Northern California as if it is a region in Italy, our connection to the region, and our love for Italian culinary practices. The rustic, market-driven menu features handmade pasta, pizzas, antipasti, housemade salumi, meat, and fish plus dishes from the Jewish-Roman heritage known as “Cucina Ebraica.” We also offer a tasty Brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The beverage program focuses heavily on both Italian and Californian wines with a cocktail program that utilizes a variety of spirits, amaros, and seasonal ingredients. Che Fico is a place to gather with friends, family or a date night and enjoy warm hospitality, food, and drink, through an approachable menu and convivial ambiance.

Enjoy a cocktail (and mocktail!) reception, partake in a collaborative, hands-on cooking activity and tuck into yummy lunch, as you take in the cool interiors of San Francisco's acclaimed restaurant Che Fico.     We loved having Adam help us last night! He was so attentive, with a great personality and so hospitable! He really provided such detail and color to what we were eating. So informative and gave great suggestions. We want him to hangout and eat with us next time. Thanks for taking care of us and providing such a special experience for my friend’s birthday dinner. We will be back!

    They gave us outdated menus. When we were ready to order we were told items were unavailable. One of the people in our party ordered what they thought they would get by a general name and the got it but it was prepared differently. They kindly took it off the bill. This was due to us having the old menu. Additionally, our entrées were slow to be delivered. They brought out a side to make up for it but the experience was nothing like our prior 3 visits. My wife will not return.

    First time dining there. What a great experience. So many good things to write. The servers were attentive from the host until the end. So many people stopped by and asked how everyone was and the food was so different. Gourmet Italian dining at its finest. The little cookies st the end were bomb!! Loved Che Fico. They’ve got the right formula for a successful and lovely dining and culinary feast! Leveled up the Italian food experience! 🇮🇹🇮🇹 we had the Salas with Castelvetrano olives and garbanzo beans and salami slices. The dressing was delicious and the broccoli charbroiled and Calabrian chili sauce and the breadcrumbs were so good!! Pizza too. We had the sausage and mushroom pizza. Can’t wait to try more menu items.

    The summer menu is my favorite! Exceptional food and service. Great for vegetarians as there are a lot of options!! The choco chip mint gelato is a must try!!

    Everything we ordered was delicious. Service was great. They don’t even let you have crumbs on the table for more than 30 seconds. Definitely go here for good food and drinks and dessert!

    This is a truly exceptional restaurant. The vibe, food, and service are all top-notch. It might be too fun of a spot to get the stogy M star, but they deserve it. (Tip: the one-hour wait for the chicken is worth it :-) )

    Good for pizza, but not for brunch. They don’t have an Espresso machine, drip coffee only! And they were out of green tea. Also, even though they showcase prosciutto crudo, they don’t offer it on their regular menu (only at special occasions).
