Amazing! Everyone was dressed nicely, food and service incredible. Reasonably priced wine list
Exceptional food and service - the portions are hugh so recommend going with a group!
So good! Our server was great and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was amazing and I would highly suggest you check them out.
The food was delicious. Good wine to pair as well. The outdoor dinning setup was not bad with heater. It was fun and we really enjoyed it. Will go there again.
Such a great meal and a really awesome server. Everyone is so friendly!
Che Fico Alimentari is consistently delicious and the service is warm, friendly and wonderful!
Delicious food and great service! Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere, quality is on point, price point is definitely high at $28/pizza/pasta.
Fantastic food and service!
You have to try everything. The service was top notch - celebrating a birthday, the staff was so accommodating. Chef Evan is amazing!
An excellent experience, highly recommended. Our waiter really enhanced the experience with his excellent knowledge of the menu.
$160 for an appetizer, 3 glasses of wine, one burnt pizza (there is char but the bottom was black- in any case char is not a flavor it is quite literally a carcinogen), mostly "I'm annoyed you're here" service (the pizzaiolo who brought out the albeit burnt bottom pizza was very genuine would have preferred him tbh), passive aggressive note/violin playing to their woes as a for-profit-investor-backed enterprise 10% dine-in fee (hey if you need to pay your employees a living wage/cover expenses I get it- just raise your prices/match w/ better food without giving me a dessert story of why it costs so much to run a business to serve burnt pizza?) and a greasy amatriciana gummy pasta that skimped on pecorino. Also the pizza advertised burrata and it was either not burrata or they ruined by overcooking resulting in a greasy mozzarella flavor(less). Lots of potential if they could make some crucial adjustments to attitude, level hype w/ actuality, go to Italy and re-calibrate their understanding of the dishes they are spinning their cal-ital concept off of, and nix the weird fee and just raise prices (with improvements to food/service)
Food is good but not so good for how pricey it was
The food was delicious. Staff were friendly and made excellent recommendations.
I made reservations near closing time- and they still accommodated us. Service was amazing and the food superb! Try the suckling pig! ❤️❤️❤️
Food was perfectly seasoned, utterly adored everything we ate. While prices are high, I realize it's 1) commiserate w/ the prices in the city and 2) to allow for even pay distribution amongst all of their staff. I thought the meal was totally lovely, I'm pleased that Che Fico has maintained fantastic quality and are still open, amidst the uncertainty of the pandemic. Additionally, they were the first out there in the early days of corona virus looking to provide meals to people who needed them, it was a really impressive undertaking. Fantastic food, worthy establishment.
Loved every aspect of our meal and our servers were awesome.
Our server was exceptional down to labels on leftovers. Tomato and cops were outstanding. Lasagna with spinach was a work of Art. Fantastic food. I cannot wait until upstairs opens again
Amazing food and staff. Definitely will be coming back!
Great. Loved it
The food was exceptional and our server was very attentive. Highly recommend
Main dish was served before removing finished appetizer plates. Pasta was served warm not hot. Server did not offer cheese or pepper for the food when served
Absolutely unbelievable food and service
We sat outside because of Covid concerns and it was delightful! Very special to have our own little cubicle! The food was amazing… There were five of us so we were able to try many different things share them all…. Focaccia bread, burratta and tomatos, pineapple pizza. Lasagna with SO many layers, rigatoni. And two desserts…. Profiteroles and fruit crostata….. loved it all!!
Everything was perfect. I know restaurants are super understaffed right now, but even the service was great and fast.
Che Fico is the best! We were ~5 minutes late for our rez time and then waited another 10 to get seated (didn’t mind at all). We hung out at the bar inside and they took our drink order so we waited with a drink! Our server was super helpful, food came out quickly and was amazing (you have to get the suppli). At the end of our meal, they brought out two complimentary glasses of champagne since we had to wait for our table, which at that point we had already forgotten about! Love this place.
The food was so delicious and service was great. Overall fantastic experience!
Such pleasant professional staff serving amazing food. Quick service, consistent attention and friendly. Fried risotto , Judy Rogers Pizza, tagliatelle, and spinach lasagna. All very good. The best spinach lasagna I’ve ever had. Desert of tiramisu and the chocolate budino. My friend enjoy the tiramisu noting the coffee flavor was mild the way he likes it. The budino was spectacular: chocolate, caramel, sea salt. Just amazing. Really a very nice dining experience.
Kyle is the greatest
The food at Che Fico was wonderful and we thought the experience was great. The only bummer was that our server really rushed us through our meal.
The place is the spot to go! Both the food and the wine were exceptional. With a family meal style it makes it easy to get plenty of dishes and share amongst the table. I will definitely return when I’m in San Francisco!
This is an outstanding restaurant. Makes their own bread and the risotto balls were fantastic. Pizza crust some of the best you’ll ever taste.
Incredible food and service . Kyle was our waiter and he was knowledgeable without being pretentious, attentive without hovering and friendly without crossing a boundary . Best waiter ever . Special food !
They starting to charge 10 % for using their outdoor seating area and for the plates and napkins etc. cause they said it was like we were doing take out but using their space to eat. So does that mean that if we had gotten indoors seating we would not pay for that 10%? WHAT A RIPOFF
Every bite of our meal was fantastic! My only "issue" was that the timing of the courses was off, even though the waiter had specifically asked for our complete order to be able to master the timing. We had barely had a bite of our pizza when the pasta arrived ... I felt rushed, when I know that wasn't the intent.
Will definitely return and am still thinking about the focaccia (light as a cloud), the tagliatelle bolognese and the budino for dessert. Grazie ed a presto!
Fabulous service and scrumptious food with outdoor seating! Just perfect.
It has a very nice atmosphere cool & casual. The staff were all very professional & attentive. The pizza was excellent ! The entrees were larger & we able to more of a family style when ordering .
This was one of our fav pre covid spots. We had dinner last night, arrived 15 min early and the hostess said should couldn’t seat us until the reservation time 7pm. So after waiting 15 min outside in the cold we approached the hostess. She said the party before us was still enjoying their meal and we’d need to continue waiting. I walked back to the bathroom- and could see the 2 folks just sitting chit chatting and 2 other tables empty.
After waiting another 15 min she came and told us… they just paid their check, we were seated at 7:25
Heres my thing: They didn’t say anything to the table. They let them sit there, continue drinking even without a polite nudge. The gentleman we’re in no hurry or even aware another party who’s now already been waiting 40 minutes for the table … that thru needed to pay and seat the next party.
So I’m sure the 2 folks sitting had a wonderful time… it was in part due to lack of leadership and at our expense.
There’s no where to wait, except in the cold, you can’t get an early glass of wine, and it felt like it was an inconvenience. At 7pm when our reservation was for, they should have politely told the table “we don’t mean to rush you, but I have to let you know, the next party has arrived for their reservation, (and mind you… everyone is aware there’s a 1.5 hr limit for table) is there anything else we can get for you”
Most would get the hint and pay/ wrap up… they didn’t do that so we kept waiting until welp I’m not sure because they finally left on their own accord. But again… at our time expense and sad start of our date. I’d imagine with their limited seating this happens a lot.
I’d suggest, letting folks who arrive on time for their reservation sit at the bar for a drink while they wait, politely managing your reservations/ guests.
Probably the best pizza in SF, and the pasta is just as good. You'll pay a pretty penny for it, but it's worth it!
Food was delicious but there was sticker shock at bill time. I’ll never come here as a regular diner because I can’t afford it, but I might come again for a special occasion. Service was lovely, and we sat outside. Sitting on divisadero is the equivalent of sitting on a freeway with buses and cars racing by, which means it’s loud and somewhat dangerous if you really think about it. Ambiance definitely not the best.
