   Our server Jarvis was outstanding and the manager Mike welcomed us warmly. The prime rib was perfectly rare . Cocktails well done. If a couple..ask for the “nook” seating

   I celebrate my 50th Birthday and was a good experience at the restaurant with a beautiful view, good food and good service. I had in the end a BEAUTIFUL surprise with the waiter who brought me a 🎂 cake and candle saying *Happy Birthday*. Thank you.

   Our waiter was bad. Upon being seated, we waited 15 minutes before getting up and finding our server. Upon finish, he took forever to bring our checks. We were headed to the Final Four game and he kept us from arriving early.

   A visit to Chart House is a true dining experience unlike any other. The 360 degree views especially at Sunset are amazing! The service you receive is also top notch. From the elevator ride up to departure this is something you will talk about with friends and family. We ordered drinks and they did not disappoint. The old fashion was something I wish I could duplicate at home. Our Shrimp Cocktail Appetizer was huge , cold and delicious. Cocktail sauce was very good and the presentation with the smoking dry ice was a nice touch. For our main course we had the Cedar Plank Salmon and the Prime Rib. Both were good, if there is any criticism to give the sides of Vegetables and Mashed Potatoes were marginal at best. For dessert we had the Lava Cake and it was extremely good. Two different kinds of ice cream, coffee and vanilla, what a great combination. Overall this is something I would recommend for anyone visiting downtown. A terrific experience and something you will always remember!

   Juice was not worth the squeeze. We were freezing the entire time we were seated. Computer glitched and they only got half of our order so we shared 1 meal because the kitchen was backed up and would have taken too much time to bring out the next meal. The view was amazing!

   Great dining experience at sunset on a clear night. Had a drink before dinner in the 601 lounge, which is upstairs from the restaurant. Fantastic view !

   The experience of being above the city is great, wonderful views of San Antonio. Unfortunately the food was only okay and the service wasn't good. Everything came out piece meal or over the previous course without any awareness of the proper flow. After the server messed up our order, she didn't stop the kitchen from preparing our meals and attempted to serve two entrees while one member of our party had just been served their appetizer. Entrees were reheated vs. redone, and food and drinks sat at the water station as the server did other things (not tied to our meal/service) instead of being served to us immediately. We did speak with a manager, and an effort was made to address the issues, but it simply wasn't the service that a restaurant of this caliber warrants and really dampened the experience across the board.
