The food was great, but I was disappointed they didn’t honor a gift card I had that expired during the pandemic dining restrictions. For a top level restaurant such as this, you would think they would be more empathetic during difficult times.

Bar - drinks could be made better.
Fresh condiments not halve or less bottles.

The restaurant was clean, the ocean was RIGHT THERE, and the food was superb. Service was the best.

Party of six for my wife’s birthday. Oysters, King Crab, Shrimp Cocktails, Prime Rib, Lava Cake, wines, beer!! Outstanding!

This was our first time at Chart House. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside. Great vibe! Superb views! Our server was Frederick who was simply amazing! The food was absolutely amazing! We had Filet Mignon and New York Strip along with wonderful cocktails. We will definitely be back!! Thank you Chart House

First the good; great location, easy valet, table service was great, food excellent, pricing reasonable. Opportunities; host team were not warm or welcoming, 3 of 4 water glasses not polished and forks needed wiped.

Service was excellent provided by Fred. Food was excellent. Ambience is always comfortable, noise level moderate. Sunset views fabulous.

Great experience. Would have loved a table by the window for the oceanic view but could still see the Pacific Ocean from our table. Food and Service were Excellent!

Had not been to the Chart House in a while. We had a great time, the food was prepared as requested, the presentation was appealing (shrimp cocktail served on ice with dry ice smoking). Waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. We will be back.

Good service, great food as usual but we were seated in a semi private area with a large party that was loud.

Thank you for a memorable night as we celebrated our daughters 35 bday with family - food n service was outstanding!! Miles was very friendly n attentive to our needs …. We will be back n will highly recommend to our family n friends … cheers!!

Sorry to have to say this but our clam chowders were Luke warm & thin. It was chowder night for us. Both our waiters were great and apologetic but it was a long wait between everything. By the time our lava cake arrived we were a little tired of sitting there and just wanted to get home. Waiters did there very best though.

Views are great with window seating. Our server was attentive and friendly. Our Drinks and courses were timed perfectly. Refreshingly excellent service!

Very crowded as people are now coming out of the COVID hibernation. Our waiter was overworked and he needed fewer tables. It looked like they overfilled his area with 2 large parties and the tables that were only 2 tops got neglected.
I’m still sad that the salad bar was still closed. Overall it was our best meal at the Charthouse.

We celebrated our 19th anniversary and it was perfect. Called 2 days in advance to reserve a window view and they delivered. Perfect view of the sunset while we ate. Food was awesome, service couldn’t have been better. Romantic atmosphere. Overall a memorable night and we will definitely be back!

You can't beat the view at Charthouse! Windows looking at the ocean and delicious food!

Jaime made our anniversary a memorable evening. The service was outstanding and the food was top drawer as usual. We’ve been coming here for more than 30 years and we still enjoy it as if it was the first time. We miss the salad bar.

Not the fine dining experience it used to be.

I was very disappointed with the entire experience.

First of all you can tell that the food server have never served food before. They handed my plates to me from the opposite side of the table. The waiter served the food literally over my wife’s shoulder to get to me. He could have moved 3 steps over and served from the middle which is customary.

I ordered the 60th anniversary seafood pot pie. It was just “okay “.

My wife ordered a steak and didn’t finish it because it was a poor quality piece of meat. It required far too much chewing to swallow it.

Even the lava cake was somewhat disappointing. It was solid in the center. Normally when you cut into the center hot fudge flows out.

Lobster Bisque & Clam Chowder soups taste like canned. Too runny and bland.
A little over priced at $13.
Appetizer: shrimp, crab, avocado stack
Didn’t taste good together.
Brown warm bread was good.
Prime rib was good.
Filet Mignon was ok
Server could be more attentive. Didn’t replace a butter knife that fell.

The atmosphere was great! It is worth every money spent. Our waiter was excellent, no complaints at all. Great experience!

We have been there several times, we had James as our Waiter, outstanding service and in our opinion on top of his game. Would like to also commend the rest of your staff for always providing First Class service from beginning to end.
I am sure management contributes and assist when required. Last night was a great example. Your team has earned my respect & loyalty.

Chart House has outstanding ambiance with the sandy beach and waves crashing in view of the windows. Food is very good. Service, good but not very good. We will be back.

One of the worst dining experiences of my life. Everything was wrong. Took 7 min hanging by the host station before we were seated. Martini was made incorrectly. Apps never came. Service was super slow. Had to go to the bar myself to get martini redone. Main course came out wrong. Fish was dry. Pasta was flavorless. No sort of apology from the waitress. Terrible food and terrible service. Avoid this place.

Very slow service and the food unfortunately was cold , I would return again but maybe a different day and time.
