I've been eating at the Chart House for decades, and the experience has degraded over the years, likely due to the restaurant being managed by a corporation more interested in profits than customers. We had a number of issues requiring repeated requests. The salad bar was missing items, my first request to re-stock was ignored so I had to ask twice. My steak arrived without a steak knife, my first request to get one was ignored so I had to ask again. The steak was warm but not hot as I would have preferred. Our waiter was trying very hard but was obviously overwhelmed and frustrated as well. I asked to speak with the manager, she came to the table, nodded her head and apologized, it didn't appear to be the first such conversation she had that night. I expected some sort of courtesy on the bill, none was given. I will not be going to the Chart House again any time in the near future.

The beer we ordered came in a small glass and wasn’t even filled to the brim —Not good! Chopped salad had huge chunks of lettuce and vegetables, nothing chopped about it . The Ahi tuna was better, but not as good as what they served a year or two ago Bok choy was grilled and difficult to cut through with a knife. Needed more sauce. The beer served is only about 10 ounces this began our meal on a bad note.

Loved this place. My First time here. The flavor of the food was amazing. But the waitress forgot our appetizer.

It’s been about 5 or 6 years since dining at the RB Chart House… probably will not be returning. Went for Mother’s Day. A fixed price menu was presented, all seemed good, many selections. Ordered a starter, wine and fixed priced entrée selections. Waited 20 minutes after ordering and had to flag down another tables waitress to find out where our waiter went and where our wine is. About 10 min later he shows up with the wine and apologized for the delay. After another 10 min, he comes with a salad and bisque as part of the fixed price selection. I asked where the starter was, because this is out of order. He said he was waiting to put the food in after the salad and soup! I said the flow of food (based on the fixed menu) was starter before salad. I told him to cancel the starter. The bisque was room temperature, obviously had been sitting out a long time, so I did not eat it. After another 30 min, the entrees arrived, delivered by the waiter, he took the salad plate and bisque bowl away. He asked if I did not like the bisque, I told him it was cold. He offered to get another one, I told him not to bother since the entrees are here. Entrees we’re OK, waited another 15 min for dessert. Requested the check when they arrived to close this unfortunate experience. No one ever checked on us to see if things were good, no one bussed empty plates and silverware, no one even came by to fill up water the whole night! Tables around us were experiencing the same issues. Ironically when the check arrived, it did not show a fixed price, it itemized each thing (soup, salad, entree, dessert). The place had the nerve to itemize the charge for my cold bisque! Cannot believe how the quality of this restaurant has fallen since my last special occasion visit there! I do not recommend

Service was pretty bad. Very inattentive server and multiple wrong items. Dry flavorless steaks. I sent back the well done steak that I ordered med rare and was charged for both steaks. Not a good idea to go on holidays.

Food was horrible. Lobster tails were absolutely dry, overcooked, and based on he ticket time probably sitting in the window forever.
