Excellent service, food presentation was fabulous. It was a date night for my partner and I and we enjoyed the experience.

I would like to start off with, our food was amazingly prepared and plated. This is not a knock against the kitchen at all. Our server, Jason, may have been having a bad day but the two guests I was treating to dinner and myself all got the same impression. It did not feel like he wanted to be there or like he want us to be there. Everything felt kind of rushed. They were nice and cordial about everything but the way that we found out that they were closing, the valet came and brought us our keys. We took the hint and politely excused ourselves. We finished our conversation in the parking lot by our cars. Again, I don't want to reflect as if this was a horrible experience, it was not. Potentially, make the reservations only available until 7:00 so that people have 45 or so minutes to eat and visit after the food arrives. Thank you for asking for my feedback and I hope this helps.

Three of us, very experienced with dining out at good restaurants. Chart House a bit disappointing. First, they need to refit the place with new chairs. One of ours was literally getting threadbare, showing the cushion inside. Seats directly behind us were visibly dirty on the back where they havd been handled far too many times. As for the food, we had two shared appetizers, a "shrimp stack" with shrimip, avocado, and diced some such vegetable in a stack The other was a Kimchi Calimari dish. Both were substantial sizes fitting their prices. But the shrimp stack had limited flavor. A little cilantro or cumin please - or just about any spice to liven up a dish with potential. The calimari was deep fried as expected and quite flavorful, perhaps the best dish of the evening. Two of us had salads, a caesar and one a chopped, both ample size and solidly prepared. Hard to make simple salads very exciting. One of us had the NY Strip steak, a 14 oz piece of probably choice level beef, nicely prepared flavorful, but a little tough. The mushroom sauce on top was very good. One had a Seafood pasta dish (carbonara). The pasta was too chewy, as was some of the meat. The sauce was too mild to spark affection. Again, ample size with a reasonable amount of seafood. The final entre was boullliabase. It came in a fairly shallow dish rather than a pot or bowl and was a bit light on the amount of seafood and the sauce was again uninspired. Two drinks and one glass of wine between us, plus three deserts to take home. Service was very attentive and wait times were very reasonable. The view was grand as the evening weather cleared to reveal the city and hills to the east and north. Total tab with 15% tip was $355. It isn't a bad restaurant, but needs a bit of rehabilitation in both the physical plant and the menu. If we go again we will stick with old staples, beef and fish for entres.

The view is amazing. The food was good but very expensive. For Mother's Day only a Holiday menu of $77 per person. No chicken options, no vegan options. Service was slow, maybe because it was super busy this day.

Mothers day but special menu. I had the prime rib benedict and it was dry and flavorless; my wife's was not much better. Disappointing.

Our food was wonderful. The shrimp avocado stack was outstanding. Our server was attentive without intruding. The chocolate lava cake finished the meal off in the just the right manner.

Food order was put in wrong. Server had no back up help. We filled our own water glasses. Coffee was ordered with dessert, and it was forgotten. Never saw or could find a manager in the whole place..
