    We are here visiting, some friends had eaten here the night before and recommended it to us. We were not disappointed! Everything was delicious. The dessert (lava cake) was so very good!

    Disappointed to be seated downstairs where view is not as good. Only one other table of customers. There was a long wait for food, no staff at the bar and one server who was absent from the dining room for long periods of time. Dining felt abandoned and isolated.

    The staff were wonderful and helped us celebrate my wife’s birthday. The food was amazing and the presentation of the crab stuffed cod in flaming whisky was amazing and tasted even better! The lava cake is worth the wait!!!

    Wonderful service, food, and view over looking Portland. The only issue was the noise. I was sitting right next to my brand new girlfriend and couldn't hear her words, and we were 16" 18" inches apart. This was disappointing and could have led to big misunderstandings. Thank you.

    Ambiance/Noise level - beyond energetic, was just plain loud. Food value - filets were cooked to the desired doneness, the cuts were OK for prime beef but dry; perhaps the establishment should stick to fish. Overall - the young women at the reception desk need more training - were pleasant and attractive but confused in regard to the coordination of seating reservations.

    We gas family in town so decided to go to the Chart House for a great meal, beautiful views, and a wonderful, long- needed connection between the four of us. Unfortunately there is a new policy at CH and while the food and views were great they couldn’t make for loud, bar-like music that was so inappropriate for a brunch and made it impossible talk. When we asked that they turn it down, the staff member said they no longer have any ability to change the music or the volume. This has been a special spot for us and I doubt we’ll be going back.
