   The fish and chips can compete with any in the state. The waiter was courteous and had a good sense of humor. The view is the frosting on the cake.

   The view was exquisite, and the New York steak was extremely tasty and cooked to perfection. It was a pricey but worthwhile experience.

   Our waitress Karen was WONDERFUL. She was prompt and friendly. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in the food. The eggs were a little runny, the bacon was completely tasteless and the potatoes were overcooked and hard as a rock. I do love the lobster bisque, though—-and it did not disappoint. Service was fantastic, A+. Food maybe a C-

   Welcoming car attendants. Friendly front desk host, immediate seating. Wait person cheerful, helpful and attentive. Treated our two pre-teens respectfully and amicably. Food was excellent, prepared as we had ordered and was quickly served. Of course view was a major selling point.

   The Chart House has been a favorite of ours since 1964. At that time it was called the Hill Villa! Killer view, fabulous menu, excellent service and ambiance. You can’t go wrong with a reservation here! We ordered beautiful salads for our lunch with iced teas! We could have ordered a lovely glass of wine, but decided iced tea would be our choice! The entire experience was awesome as it is every day! Thank you! ❤️🌷

   By far the best restaurant in Portland. Cannot beat the beautiful view. All eight different items we ordered were fabulous. Can’t wait to come back.
