    The restaurant is beautiful and elegant for any occasion. It was too late and chilly to be outdoors, but the outdoor area is amazing. The food was delicious. Our service was nice and attentive. I would definitely dine there again.

    This was an anniversary brunch. The weather wasn’t good, due to hurricane season, so there were only a handful of tables occupied. Part of the parking lot is undergoing construction. We haven’t been back since the early 2000’s for unrelated reasons, but it looked like it hasn’t changed, at all. Same rug, same paint. It could use some sprucing up. The table cloth where we were seated was stained so they moved us, but they didn’t fix it until another customer pointed it out to them again later, after he was seated there. We went for clam chowder and it was memorable. One of the best I’ve had and I’ve had a lot over the years. The espresso machine was “not working,” so I opted for coffee, which was good. The eggs were perfect, although it would have been nice to have toast as a side option too. The Caesar salad was not creamy, like we prefer, but it wasn’t bad, we’re just not used to noticing vinegar. The fruit side dish was fine, but no points for presentation. The wine list offered a good selection. Service was friendly and there when we needed them. We waited almost an hour for food, but we asked them to bring it all at once while we sipped our wine and looked out at the rainy Delaware River. The eggs Benedict with lobster seemed to be the right choice, but the couple next to us had that. All in all, a nice experience, but I think it could use a little TLC from the chain. At night, in the dark, with stronger lighting, the atmosphere might seem a little fancier, like I remembered.

    The service was horrible. Begin horrible and the place wasn’t that busy. The decor is the ugliest for a high end restaurant. Good food can’t make up for the horrible service and the awful scenery. Last time I’ll ever visit.

    Went for my birthday. Our waiter was amazing. Food did take a little longer to come out than expected. But it taste so good it was worth it.

    Food was not hot and very tasteless. Drinks were nothing but ice and they were really just juice. Kept getting asked if i was done with my food when i clearly wasn’t. It was like they watched me soon as I put my utensil down. I was asked multiple times where I just gave them my food. When i arrived, there was only one party in the building and the woman who checked me in could not find my reservation for almost 3 minutes. This was odd because the restaurant called me a few days prior to confirm. I also have an extremely common name. It was uninviitng. The woman who actually waited on us was very nice but everything else the experience was a 0. Also, It took almost 10 leaving the parking lot due to the way it’s designed. I believe they share a parking lot but i literally got into heated arguments trying to leave because I could not as the valley attendants did absolutely nothing to assist.

    I want to begin by saying our server, Kay, was wonderful. Friendly and helpful, she was a top-notch server. We had an after dinner drink at the bar, and Dee was also an excellent bartender and server. The valet parking staff was extremely helpful as well, since we were blocked upon leaving, and they helped us immediately once we told them we had concert tickets at Wells Fargo The restaurant facility itself is pretty run down, and definitely not very clean. I noted on Open Table that it was a special occasion, our Wedding Anniversary, so a window seat with a nice view would be wonderful. Basically, all tables are window seats and when we arrived the restaurant was practically empty. Only 2 other tables with seated guests. First, we were seated in a table that is directly opposite a small upstairs kitchen. We were treated to a cook kicking a steal steamer pan across the floor and basically saw and heard all of the kitchen operation and conversation, since it was only obscured by a thin curtain. We asked for a different table and were accommodated downstairs. Again, the restaurant is empty...plenty of room to put us at a nice table with a nice view. But this time we were seated all the way at the end between two walls...and the bathroom. I sat down on my chair, to find it was broken...so I switched it out. There may certainly be a reason that we needed to sit in that particular locale, it just struck us as very strange. It was definitely not the standard Chart House experience. Our meal was good, not outstanding, nor plated attractively as we have normally had at other locations. This is my first Open Table review, and I always hate to complain, but I felt it was necessary.
