Entrees of filet mignon and salmon were really delicious but garlic mashed potatoes were cold. We saw a huge party sitting next to us who also must have experienced the same thing bc several people didn’t eat their potatoes. But overall excellent food and service!

Had a reservation, showed up 10 minutes before, waited for 25 minutes while watching couples that came in after us get seated. After 3rd reminder finally were seated but when we requested to seat by the window we were told it would be another long wait. Server was nice but food was not worth the value.

Took 30 minutes to get our first round from bar. Been to Chart House several times over the years, food was OK at best. Normally much better. Server was very sweet, but the overall dining experience was just OK.

Our main purpose was to celebrate Father's Day. My husband hated the Lobster Bisque because of strong alcohol taste, he did not eat it. He's prime rib French dip, it was bland. He took a few bites. We took it home maybe improve it but no it ended in trash. We were disappointed for a $156 bill & $20 tip for 4 people.

I really like the Chart House. It's right on the water with a great view of the harbor and wharf. I go there mostly for the prime rib but lots of items to choose from. What I disliked, for this visit, was the overselling of extras. A bit beyond annoying. I think the Rombauer chardonnay is way overpriced at $30/$120. Just saying. There are other selections to choose from though.

We went there to celebrate our birthdays, our waitress was very friendly and nice. Food arrived in a moderate time. We received a complimentary mudpie to help celebrate our day.

Beautiful restaurant and attentive staff but the food— and my Ahi fish was mediocre at best. The plate seemed to have sat in the kitchen a while. Folks who arrived later than us received their entrees several minutes before we got ours. Once delivered, mine had dried out vegetable, pasty rice, and cooled down fish. My husband enjoyed the steak but the overall food was not excellent. (A chain seafood restaurant in the seafood capital of California… what was I thinking?) When I asked which of the fish offerings were from Monterey Bay…I got a blank stare and told: none of them. Haha! My bad!

Service was outstanding as always, celebrating daughter’s birthday, her first time in. We had a fantastic dining experience, food, drinks and desserts were great! The view of the was a nice touch. Thank you!

Food was great, view was beautiful but the service was awful. Host gave our reservation to someone else right in front of us, when we told her that was our party’s reservation (they called our name) she said sorry we already sat them and then made us wait again. Eventually we got seated but our service was terrible, forgot one of our drinks, forgot one of our silverware and took forever to bring us anything we asked for. My wife and I shared a fork back and forth bc my steak would have been cold by the time she returned with my fork (which never came) she was lovely and attentive to the table next to us and hard spoke to us at all. We did not feel welcomed by any of the staff.

This was our first time here for brunch, and we were not disappointed. Great menu, great service, outstanding view of the Bay. We will definitely be back :)
